Abstract

Lõputöö teemaks on auto turvavöö korpuse kontrollseadme projekteerimine, neetimis protsessi kontrollimiseks. Lõputöö on teostatud autode turvavarustuse tootja AS Norma baasil. Tootmises oli mitmeid mittevastavusi antud tootmise protseduurides. Põhilisteks vigadeks olid distantstihvtide kinni neetimata jätmine ja distantstihvti valepidi külge neetimine. Praagi vältimiseks tekkis vajadus luua poolautomaatne kontrollseade. Kontrollseadme projekteerimiseks koguti kokku kõik vajalik informatsioon, et koostada lähteülesanne. Arvutati välja kontrollimiseks ajaraam, mille jooksul on võimalik teostada kvaliteedi kontroll. Samuti on välja arvutatud planeeritud aasta tootmise kogus, mida uus kontrollseade peab ära sorteerima. Distantstihvti õige orientatsiooni kontrolliks valiti välja sobilik andur, mis suudaks tagada korrektse mõõte tulemuse. Valitakse välja kontrollseadmele võimalikult hea paigutus töökohal, et ta sobituks olemas olevasse tootmis protsessi. Selleks et ei peaks tekitama uut töökohta ja töölisi juurde võtmast. Analüüsitakse detaile, mis saavad kõige suuremaid koormusi, et kontrollseade suudaks vastu pidada kolme aastase kontrolltöö koormusega. Standard detailide valimine ja projekteerimise printsiibid on esitatud ja põhjendatud projekteerimise peatükis. Majanduse peatükis arvutatakse kontrollseadme omahind ja teostatakse tasuvusja arvutused. Tasuvusajaks antud seadmele on kuus kuud. Peale seadme paigaldust ja katsetusi hinnati tulemusi aasta jooksul: klientidelt saadud reklamatsioonide arv olnud antud vigadele null. Seega saame lugeda püstitatud eesmärgid täidetuks.

Abstract [en]

This thesis was about the development of a machine for controlling the crimping procedure for the automotive belt-frame safety equipment. The thesis is based on a company AS Norma, which is manufactures of automotive safety components. There were numerous non-compliants withe the existing crimping methods. Common problems were that the tie-bars were not crimped or the tie-bar were placed on top the frame up-side down. So the need for a semi-automatic control device was in order. All the necessary information was gathered for the initial task. Calculations for the possible time-frame for control unit to perform, were made, also the yearly productions rates, which the machine would have to service. Sensors for the quality check were selected, which would be accurate enough to measure the distance-bars correct orientation. The best possible position and method were selected for the machine, so it would suit the current production system, without adding an extra position or personnel for the quality check. Analyses for the parts that would get me most wear were made, to make sure that the machine could accommodate the yearly production rates. Standard parts were selected, and the design principles are explained in the design chapter. The economics chapter consists the calculations for the investment. What was the price for one machine, and the payback period calculations. The payback period was six months. The machine was implemented and followed trough-out the year. Since the implementation of the machine the number of non-compliants from the client was zero. Therefore the targets for control device were achieved.
