Abstract

Lõputöö koostati ettevõte Sami AS baasil ja teemaks oli frontaallaaduri silohargi projekteerimine. Silohark on loomapidamises laialdaselt kasutust leidev tööriist, millega toimub loomadele sööda ettevedu. Silohark on väga universaalne tööriist, millega on võimalik transportida nii lahtist kui rullsilo, allapanu ja isegi puid või oksi. Lõputöö I osas teostati turuanalüüs, milles võrreldi omavahel erinevate tootjate siloharke. Eesmärk oli uurida erinevaid konstruktsioonilisi, visuaalseid lahendusi ja tehnilisi andmeid. Turul pakutavate siloharkide nomenklatuur on väga lai. Välja valiti nelja tootja toodang, võrreldi neid omavahel, toodi välja plussid ja miinused, mille põhjal otsustati, milliseid ideid projekteeritaval silohargil kasutada. Töö II faas koosnes silohargi projekteerimisest. Toetudes turuanalüüsile, seati eesmärgiks tühimass 300 kg, mahutavus 1m3 ja piikide arv 8 + 6. Otsustati kasutada võimalikult palju lehtmaterjali, et saavutada parem visuaalne tulemus. Arvestades ettevõttepoolset tingimust (laius 1500 mm), alustati eskiiside tegemist. Eskiisimise esimene eesmärk oli paika panna silohargi kinemaatika, teine eesmärk oli saavutada võimalikult suur ristlõikepindala, et saavutada soovitud mahutavus ja kolmandaks eesmärgiks oli anda silohargile kuju. Viimane etapp oli 3D mudeli loomine. Töö järgmine etapp oli analüütiline osa, kus kontrolliti projekteeritud silohargi teoreetilist vastupidavust kasutamistingimustes. Esmalt arvutati hüdrosilindri poolt tekitatav jõud. Järgmiseks kontrolliti silindri kinnitustelgi nihkele. Kolmandaks arvutati käpa detaili vastupidavust paindele ja kontrollarvutusena käpa enda vastupidavust paindele. Varutegurid jäid vahemikku 2,5 – 8,5, mis on piisav, et projekteeritud konstruktsioon oleks töötingimustes vastupidav. Neljandas osas anti lühiülevaade silohargi tootmisprotsessist. Töö viimane etapp võtab töö kokku majanduslikult. Arvutatakse kokku kõik tootmisega seotud kulud, ostutooted ja kinnitustarvikud, mille tulemusena saadakse toote omahind, millest omakorda saadakse toote realiseerimishind. Võrreldes turuanalüüsi tulemustega, on projekteeritud silohark turul majanduslikult konkurentsivõimeline. Lõputöö tulemusena projekteeriti frontaallaaduri silohark, mis on hea väljanägemisega, vastupidav ja turul konkurentsivõimeline. Kokkuvõtvalt võib öelda, et kõik püstitatud eesmärgid said edukalt täidetud.

Abstract [en]

This thesis was made on the basis of the company Sami AS and the subject is the design of the silograb to the front loader. Silograb is a widely used tool in livestock farming applied at feeding animals. Silograb is a universal tool with which it is possible to transport rolled silage bales and loose silage, bedding or even trees and branches. Section 1 of the thesis includes the market study where the silograbs of different manufacturers were compared. The objective was to study different structural and visual solutions and technical data. The nomenclature of the silograbs offered at the market is very wide. The products of four manufacturers were selected. These products were compared, positive and negative sides were brought out and based on that the conclusion was made which ideas could be applied at the design of the new silograb. Section 2 includes the design of the silograb. Based on the market study the objective was to have the kerb mass 300 kg, volume 1m3 and number of tines in the fork 8 + 6. It was decided to use as much as possible sheet metal to have the better visual result. The author of the paper started the work with making the sketch drawings taking into consideration the manufacturer’s requirement – width 1500 mm. The primary objective of sketching was to solve the kinematics of the silograb and after that achieve as big as possible volume and give shape to the product. The final stage was the creation of 3D model. Section 3 is the analytical part where the theoretical strength and performance of the designed silograb was tested in the operating conditions. At first the force created by the hydraulic cylinder was calculated. After that the fastening axles of the cylinder to the shear were checked. And thirdly the bending strength of the grip detail was calculated and the bending strength of the grip itself as checking calculation. The safety factor was between 2.5 – 8,5 which is sufficient for guaranteeing that the structure is durable in the operating conditions. Section 4 gives a review of the production process of the silograb. The last section of the thesis is the financial summary. The production expenses, the cost of the purchased products and fixing details were calculated the result of which is the cost price and based on that the selling price is fixed. The designed silograb is economically competitive at the market as compared to the results of the market research. The result of the thesis is the new designed silograb of the front loader which looks nice, is durable and competitive at the market. To sum up, all objectives of the thesis were successfully achieved.
