Abstract

Lõputöö käigus projekteeriti väikeseeria tootmiseks sobilik ekstreemkaamera puhastusseade. Töö alguses vaadedi ekstreemkaamera ajalugu ning puhastusseadme vajalikkust ja toodi välja prototüübi väljatöötamisel leitud olemasolevad lahendused. Need ei sobinud ja tuli välja töötada esialgne prototüüp. Tehnilise ülesande püstitamise osas anti ülevaade, kuidas toimib valminud prototüüp, anti loetelu katsetamise käigus tekkinud parenduskohtadest ja kasutajate soovitustest. Esialgse lihtsuse tagamiseks toodi välja olemasolevad ostutooted ja nende sobilikkus ka esialgsele loodavale seeriatootele. Toote materjaliks valisin ABS plastiku, mis on UV kindel, sitke, kõva ja jäik materjal, suurepärase vastupidavusega pingetele ning hästi termovormitav. Toote materjalist ja tootmismeetodist lähtudes oli võimalik toote projekteerimisel jälgida pressvormidega toodetavate detailide tingimusi. Projekteerimise osas arvutati tugevusvaru korpusele ja korpuse kinnitusele vastavalt MIL STD 810G standartile. Lisaks arvutati vajalik aku mahtuvus ja valiti aku autokrossi tingimustes kasutamiseks. Majanduslikus osas sain toote omahinnaks 146.- € ja see jäi soovitud hinna piiridesse. Antud töös projekteeritud puhastusseadet maailma kaubandusvõrgus veel ei pakuta ja seega on võimalik uue tootega maailma avastada.

Abstract [en]

During this thesis there was designed a Cleaning Device for extreme camera’s lens which is produced in small series. At the beginning of thesis there was given survey of extreme camera’s history and why the Cleaning device is necessary, also given the solutions that were found during work with first prototype design. These solutions were not good and the first prototype was desinged. In technical task chapter was given overview of how prototype works, list of difficulties to improve and list of user’s recommendations. To start from simple point the list of purchase products and their suitability for serial product was given. ABS plastic was chosen for product material, because it has excellent impact resistance, good machinability, good strenght and stiffness. The product material and the way it was going to be produced allowed to design it with condition for molding production. In design chapter was analysed housing and housing fastening strenght according to MIL STD 810G standard. Besides the calculation for battery was made and the suitable one was chosen for autocross competition. The products net-cost was 146.- € and fitted requierments. Designed Cleaning Device is not yet available in world market and this is the possibility to come out with new product.
