Abstract

Antud töö eesmärgiks on välja töötada valmistustehnoloogia Formula Student FEST16 jahutuskorpuse tootmiseks. Lõputöö osadeks on jahutuskorpuse disaini optimeerimine, lähtuvalt olemasolevatest töötlusvõimalustest CNC trei- ja freespinkidel, koostöös tudengivormeli meeskonna inseneridega, vajaliku rakistuse väljatöötamine, instrumentide valik, režiimide arvutused, programmide koostamine ning detailide valmistamine.

Abstract [en]

The goal of this thesis is to develop manufacturing technology for electric motor cooling system for Formula Student car FEST16. The thesis consists of cooling system design optimization, based on available machining options, in collaboration with the Formula Student team engineers, designing needed fixtures, developing machining technology, choosing instruments based on machining technology, choosing right parameters for machining.
