Abstract

Lõputöös töötati välja survevaluvormi PR2732 valmistamistehnoloogia. Lõputöö baasettevõtteks oli AS Norma tööriistavabrik. Valmistatava survevaluvormi kontruktsiooni kirjelduses seletati lahti vormi tööpõhimõte ja selle templite ning matriitsi poole konstruktsioon. Analüüsiti töötlemist vajavate vormiosade materjalide omadusi ja nende töötlemiseks vajaminevaid tehnoloogiaid. Koostati detailide valmistamiseks tehnoloogilised maršruudid. Analüüsi tulemusel keskenduti enim töötlemist vajavate detailide valmistamistehnoloogiate kirjeldamisele. Kirjeldati vormiosade valmistamiseks enne ja peale termotöötlust kasutatavat freesimistehnoloogiat. Sellele järgnes kasutatava traaterosioonitehnoloogia kirjeldus koos detailide valmistamiseks kuluva lõikeaja arvutusega. Mahterosioontehnoloogia puhul kirjeldati tehnoloogia olemust ja selle teostamiseks vajamine elektroodi mudeldamist ning valmistamist. Lõpuks arvutati valmistatava survevaluvormi omahind. Lõputöös kirjeldatud tehnoloogia põhjal valmistati survevaluvorm PR2732. Teostati tootmiskatse, mille tulemused olid head ja vormiga hakati tootma. Seega sai survevaluvormi PR2732 valmistamistehnoloogia loodud ja lõputöö eesmärk täidetud.

Abstract [en]

The subject of the thesis was to develope manufacturing technology for the production of injection mould PR2732. Thesis is based on tool manufacturing division of the open joint stock company Norma. In the mould description part of the thesis, operational principle of the injection mould and the construction of its two sides were explained. Thesis included a review of the properties of the materials used for the production of the injection mould. Also analysis of the different manufacturing processes that are needed for their machining was done. Technological routes were created for the manufacturing of injection mould parts. As the result of the analysis, thesis focused on describing manufacturing technologies for parts that needed machining the most. In the milling technologies part of the thesis, milling operations and their cutting data were described. This was followed by a description of the wire electrical discharge machining process that was used to in manufacturing of the mould parts, with the calculation of cutting times for the process. In the volume electrical discharge machining part of the thesis a summary description of the process was given. Also the process for electrode modeling and its machining were described. And finally net cost for the manufacturing of the injection mould was calculated. In accordance with the manufacturing technology described in the thesis, injection mould PR2732 was made. Production test was done, and its result was positive. As a result manufacturing with the mould proceeded. In conclusion, manufacturing technology for injection mould PR2732 was created and the objective of the thesis achived.
