Abstract

Lõputöö koostaja omandas uue toote välja töötamise käigus palju uusi teadmisi tootearenduse valdkonnas, mida ta saab kasutada oma tulevasel ametikohal. Projekteerimine oli väga põnev ja esitas mitmeid ootamatuid väljakutseid, millele lahenduste otsimisel tehti tihedat koostööd kõigiga, kes antud haaratsi tootmisest osa saavad. Lõputöö eesmärgid said edukalt täidetud. Projekteeritud haarats on eelmisest mudelist 16 kg kergem ja sobib välimuselt ülejäänud toodetega. Tootmine on vähem aega nõudev ning toote omahind madalam, mis annab võimaluse pakkuda klientidele soodsamat toodet või kasumit suurendada. Uue haaratsi tootmist lihtsustavad juba kasutatavad tehnoloogiad ja olemas olevad tööriistad, rakised. Haaratsi mõlemad kihvad viidi korpusest väljapoole. Kuna kihvad liiguvad teineteisest väga lähedalt mööda ei ole võimalik juhuslikel lahtistel okstel nende vahele kinni kiiluda ja sedasi kihvu painutades haaratsit lõhkuda. Haaratsil võeti kasutusele ainult kroomist võllid, mis ei kuumene määrimatta jätmisel nii kiiresti nagu seda tegid S235 detailid. Vanal mudelil kasutusel olevad S235 võllid rullisid ennast määrimatta jätmisel pukside sisse kinni, rikkudes sedasi halvimal juhul terve haaratsi. Kogemused näitavad, et Cr45 võlle kasutades ei põhjusta hoolduse ühekordne unustamine suuri kahjusi ja neid on lihte likvideerida. Uue haaratsi välja töötamisel sai vähesel määral lähtuda eelnevatest haaratsite uuendustest, jättes koheselt kõrvale neis tekkinud ebakorrapärasused, mis kippusid ilmnema alles pärast toote valmimist, katsetuspingis.

Abstract [en]

During the development of a new product the author of this thesis has mastered new knowledge, which he can use in future career. The designing was a very exciting and presented a number of unexpected challenges, which made the search for solutions in close cooperation with all who are part of the production. The thesis objectives were successfully met. Designed timber crab is 16 kg lighter than the previous model and the appearance matches to the rest of the products. Its production is cheaper and less time consuming , which gives the opportunity to offer customers more favorable product, or to increase profits. There are already tools and jigs in use what are needed in this development and that makes working much simpler. Crabs both fangs are out of the housing. Because tusks are moving very close to each other, the branches can not be get trapped between them, and thus break the jaw by bending them. In this timber crab are used only chromed shafts, which are not heated if lubrication fails and they wont wear as quickly as S235 components did. The old model uses S235 shafts witch stuck in case of the lubrication failure and the whole jaw can be deformed. Experience shows that used Cr45 shafts are more reliable in case of bad maintenance. In the process of development was slightly guided by earlier innovations what they had before, leaving aside immediately encountered failures, which tended to become apparent only after the product has been manufactured, on the test bench.
