Abstract

Lõputöö käigus projekteeriti ning valmistati robotkeevitustehnoloogia juurutamise tarbeks töötlusrakis. Keevitustehnoloogia väljatöötamiseks kasutati Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkoolis olevat robotkeevitusjaoskonda ning rakis projekteeriti võttes arvesse jaoskonda kuuluvat robotkeevitusseadet ja selle juurde kuuluvaid elemente.

Abstract [en]

This thesis is a part of a development project for welding oil heaters with a robotic arm. Welding station with a robotic arm needs a jig to mount five different assemblies to it. Welding station used in this thesis is located in Tallinn University of Applied Sciences welding laboratory and is used to test productivity and weldability of oil heater assemblies by a robotic arm.
