Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja töötada korvtõstuki raami valmistamise tehnoloogia PMT OÜ baasil. Niftylift Ltd. soovib toota uut tüüpi korvtõstukit Ameerika turule, mille raami tootmine ostetakse sisse. PMT OÜ-lt on võetud hinnapakkumine ja on tehtud esimesed proovitööd. Kasutatavad seadmed on valitud PMT OÜ-s olevate seadmete hulgast. Valitud seadmed tagavad tellija poolt joonistel nõutud vajaliku täpsuse, samas tagavad piisava tootlikuse. Sai väljatöötatud tehnoloogia, mis tagab tellijapoolt esitatud nõudmised. Efektiivseks tootmiseks tuli välja arvutada operatsioonide ajad ja projekteerida raami koostamise rakised ning tehti kinnitusjõudude kontrollarvutus. Lõpuks arvutati välja tooteomahind. Seega on antud raami müügihinnaks saadud 1314 EUR-i ja aastase partii käibega umbes 95 tuh EUR- i on sobilik toode pideva tootmisprotsessi tagamiseks.

Abstract [en]

The aim of thesis was to develop a cherry pickers frame technology based on PMT OÜ. Niftylift Ltd. wishes to produce new type cherry pickers to American market, which frame manufacturing is outsourced. PMT OÜ is taken from a quote and made the first trial run. Used equipment is selected from among the devices, what PMT OÜ have. Selected devices ensure contracting authority requested by the necessary precision, while ensuring sufficient productivity. Got developed technology that ensures the customer's demands. Efficient production operations, a calculation to design times and drawing up a frame fixtures and clamping forces were checked by calculations. Finally, calculate the cost of the product. Thus, the frame received from the sales price of 1314 EUR and an annual turnover of about 95 000 EUR is a suitable product in order to ensure continuous production.
