Abstract

Lõputöö käigus on välja töötatud universaalse haaratsi HR03.00.00 tootmistehnoloogia, ettevõtte Estrus Steel OÜ baasil. Leitud on ettevõtte jaoks olulistele küsimustele, tootmise ajaline ja rahaline kulu, vastused läbi erinevate arvutuste. Töö põhieesmärk sai täidetud viimases peatükis käsitletava majandusliku osaga. Selgitati välja haaratsi omahind, milleks on 1771,21 eurot. Projekti kolmas peatükk annab ülevaate toote tootmiseks vajalikest tegevustest. Nimetatud peatükis esitatu on läbi töötatud tihedas koostöös operatsioonide reaalsete teostajatega ning leitud on praegusele olukorrale optimaalseimad lahendused. Lõputöö esimeses osas on tutvustatud toote saamislugu ning näidatud konkreetne vajadus sellise lahenduse järele. Samas peatükis on toodud ka ülevaade teostatud turu-uuringust, tänu millele saadi parem ülevaade konkurentidest. Tõdeti, et kuigi analoogseid tooteid turult leiab, esineb neil siiski puudusi võrreldes käsitletud haaratsiga. Tehniliste andmete paremaks võrdlemiseks arvutati välja haaratsi surumisjõud. 3D-joonestus programmis koostatud mudelil mõõdeti täpselt üle haardeulatus ning arvutati välja mahutavus. Leiti, et tootele võib turunišš täiesti olemas olla. Lõputöö käigus saadud andmed toote omahinna kohta lubavad eeldada ka hinnaeelist võrreldes lähima analoogse seadmega, mille maksumus oli 4600 eurot. Samas selgus, et esialgne planeeritud realiseerimishind, milleks oli 1200 eurot, oli liiga madal. Ettevõtte juhtkond on otsustanud määrata valminud lõputöö baasil tootele uue realiseerimishinna ning juhul kui tootest juba huvitunud klienti see ei rahulda, hakatakse toodet ise Põhjamaadesse turustama.

Abstract [en]

In the final thesis the production technology has been developed for a universal grapple HR03.00.00. The project use Estrus Steel OÜ and its availabilities as a base reference. The most significant issues for the company, the production time and cost, have found the answer, mainly thanks to the last chapter of the thesis – the economic calculation. Production cost for grapple was found 1771,21 EUR. The third chapter provides an overview of the project activities needed to produce the product. The mentioned section is followed through in close cooperation with the project management and real handlers to find the optimum solution in the current situation. In the first part of the thesis there has been presented a short history of the product and has been shown the particular need for such a solution. The same chapter also contains an overview of conducted market research, which gave a better understanding of the competitors. It was noted that, while there are similar products on the market, there still are shortcomings in comparison with the product described in the thesis. For better comparison of the technical data, the closing force of jaws was calculated. In the 3D model environment the reach of jaws and the volume was accurately measured and calculated. It was found that the product could have real chance of finding its niche. The data obtained from the thesis suggest that the product also as price advantage compared to the nearest similar product, that costs 4600 EUR. Unfortunately, it was also found that the originally planned sales price 1200 EUR was too low. The management of the base company has decided to update the realization price according to the figures shown in the thesis. In case this is not acceptable to the reselling customer then the company will try to market its product in the Nordic market by itself, through its own contacts.
