Abstract

Käesolevas projektis uuriti lehtmetallitöötluse valdkonna põhjal iduettevõtte loomist. Kavandatava iduettevõtte põhitegevuseks on spetsialiseeritus metallist lehtmaterjali laserlõikamisele ning täpis painutamisele vastavalt kliendi vajadustele. Kavandatav idufirma ei müü toodangut vaid pakub tootmise teenust allhankena, seega areng suuresti sõltub aktiivsest müügitööst ja meeskonna pädevusest. Ärikeskkonna analüüsi abil selgitati välja potentsiaalsed võimalused ja raskused äriidee realiseerimisel. On kasutatud usaldusväärsed statistilised allikad ning turundusuuringu tulemused. Vastavalt nende tulemustele võib teha järelduse, et Eesti metallitöötlemise valdkond on stabiilselt arenev majandussektor ning omab potentsiaali ettevõtlusega tegelemiseks nii kohalikul turul kui ka toodangu ekspordile orienteerudes. Ekspordi võib nimetada selle valdkonna vedajaks, kuna kohalik tehnoloogiline tase, kvaliteet, töö tegemise kiirus on kõrgel tasemel ning tööjõukulud on kordades madalam võrreldes EL-28 (Euroopa Liidu liikmesriikide) keskmisega. Sellised ärikeskkonna tingimused tekkitavad suurt huvi välisinvestoritele. Kohaliku tööjõuturgu aga mõjutab see negatiivselt. Peamiseks raskuseks metallitöötlemise sektoris tegutsemiseks on seadmete operaatorite leidmine. Kohalikud ettevõtted on sunnitud õpetama ise või ostma värbamisteenust. See omakorda nõuab lisa ajalist- ja finantsressurssi. Et raskusi vältida tuleb võimalikud ohud ette näha ning strateegilised käigud ette valmistada. Iduettevõtte ärimudel kirjeldab firma toimimise loogikat alates äriidee tekkimisest kuni kavandatavate tegevuskulude arvutamiseni. Kavandatav ettevõtte pakkub jõudlust kaasaegse lõike- ja painutuse tehnoloogia abil. Spetsialiseeritus üksikutel töötlemise protsessidel annab konkurentsieelise kiiruse, kvaliteedi ja hinna suhtes. Vastavalt turundusuuringule, kohalikul turul on nõudlust käesolevas projektis kavandatava äritegevuse vastu. Potentsiaalsed ärisuhted võivad tekkida paljude metallitöötlemise ning metallitoodete tootmise firmadega, mille hulgas on ka välismaa ettevõtete filiaalid, kesk- ja väiketootjad sise- ja välisturul, ning eraklient.

Abstract [en]

In this project was researched sheet metalworking area in order to create the business model for start-up company and calculate required investment. The proposed start-up company main activity is the specialization on sheet metal laser cutting and precise bending according to customer requirements. The planned start-up company not producing products, but provides production services, hence the development largely depends on the active sales and team competence. The business environment analysis identified potential opportunities and difficulties in the realization of the business idea. There were used for reliable statistical sources and marketing research. According to these results it can be concluded that the Estonian metalworking sector is steadily growing area and has the potential of entrepreneurship in the local market as well as for export production. The export could be called as carrier of this area, because the local industry technology, quality of work, supply ability are on high level and labor costs are for several times lower than the EU-28 average. Such business environment condition generating great interest for foreign investors. However, this situation is negatively affecting the local labor market. The main difficulty in the metal processing sector is to recruit machine operators. Companies are forced by training themselves or buying recruitment services. This requires additional financial resources. In order to avoid difficulties, potential threats need to be foreseen and strategic moves prepared. Business model describes the logic of forming company from the idea of calculating proposed activity costs. The main activity of proposed company is to provide the performance by using modern cutting and bending technology. This specialization of individual treatment processes provides a competitive advantage in the speed, quality and price. According to marketing research, the local market is in demand of present business idea. A potential business relationship can take place with a lot of metal-products manufacturing companies, including foreign companies branches, medium and small producers, as well as private customers. The proposed start-up procedure requires a massive investment in the purchasing of equipment. Potential finance source can be sought as equipment leasing from local banks. It is also necessary to have a capital to cover the running costs during realization business plan at the initial phase. Based on economic forecasts, figures show that the company has the opportunity to earn a profit for its first year, only with 30% of sales volume. Given the 15% of growing sales per year, a maximum production capacity can be achieved in the sixth year of activity with earning substantial profits.
