Abstract

Käesoleva töö põhiosana lahendati lauda hoone viilkatuse ja lae rekonstrueerimine. Katuse kandekonstruktsiooni lahenduseks pakuti penniga sarikad, mis on seda tüüpi katustel parim lahendus. Sarikate valmistamiseks on kasutatud puitmaterjali ristlõikega 75 x 150 mm. Pennideks on kasutatud puitmaterjale ristlõikega 75 x 150 mm. Lae konstruktsioon on valmistatud puitprussidest ristlõikega 100 x 150 mm, pikkusega 7000 mm ning sammuga 1200 mm. Teostati arvutusi kandepiirseisundis katuse- ja lae kandekonstruktsioonidele. Kandekonstruktsioonideks valiti kohalik ehitusmaterjal puit. Säilitati hoone väliskuju ning mõõdud. Säilitati puitakende jaotus ning puidust uste ja väravate välisilme. Üks osa hoonest lisasoojustati, millega saavutatakse tarbitava soojusenergia kokkuhoid. Arvutused näitasid, et valitud puitmaterjalide ristlõiked on piisavad ja kandevõime on tagatud. Töö graafilises osas on hoonest lõiked, plaan, fassaadi vaated, katuseplaan, sarikate plaan, laetalade plaan ning sõlmede joonised. Lõputöö seletuskirjas pakuti veel perspektiivseid lahendusi küttesüsteemile, ventilatsioonile, olmevee kanaliseerimisele ning sõnnikuhoidla kaasajastamiseks. Juhiti tähelepanu piksekaitsesüsteemi vajadusele.

Abstract [en]

The main part of the thesis "Reconstruction of a beef barn" resolved the reconstruction of the pitched roof and the ceiling of the barn. The roof structure solution was to use timber pitched roof trusses with collar beams as is the best practice. The rafters are to be 75 mm x 150 mm section and the collar beams to be 75 mm x 150 mm section. The ceiling support structure is to be 100 mm x 150 mm section with an OAL of 7000 mm and spaced at 1200 mm. Calculations were made as to the ultimate serviceability of the supporting structures. Local timber was selected for the project. The shape and dimensions of the building exterior were kept the same. The distribution of wooden windows were maintained. Matching timber windows, gate and doors were used to preserve existing look of the property. Additional insulation was added to part of the building in order to maintain thermal efficiency. Calculations show that the cross sectional area of selected timber provide durable load bearing properties. In the graphical part of the detailed drawings there are plans of the facade, roof, rafters, ceiling joints, cross sections of the building and building plan. Additionally in the explanatory notes, further solutions were made for the heating system, ventilation, fresh water and the modernisation of the manure storage. Attention is drawn to the need for lightning protection.
