Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida elektrikilpide koostamis tootmisüksus AS Baltic Workboats baasil. Ettevõtte ostab üldjuhul elektrikilbid allhankena sisse, kuid esinenud on tarne probleem ja kvaliteedi puudusi. Firmal olid oskustöölised olemas kilpide koostamiseks, kuid puudulik oli planeerimise ja tootmise pool. Eesmärk oli tõsta elektrikilpide kvaliteedi ja langetada kilpide omahinda. Lõputöö käigus koostati vastavalt laeva elektriprojekti ühenduskseemidele elektrikilpide komponentide paigaldus plaanid. Nende koostamiseks tuli esmalt uurida erinevaid kilbi komponente ja valides nende seast välja standard seeriad, mille alusel lõpuks valmisid elektrikilpide komponentide paigaldus plaanid. Paigaldus plaanide koostamisel lähtuti ettevõtte kogemustes laevade valmistamisel. Elektrikilbid pidid olema kompaktsed ja vibratsiooni kindlad. Vastavalt koostatud komponentide paigaldus plaanidele projekteeriti elektrikilpide koostamis tootmisüksus. Esiteks valiti välja spetsiaalsed tööriistad elektrikilpide koostamiseks. Koostati jaoskonna asendiplaan, mis võimaldaks kiiresti ja kvaliteetselt koostada elektrikilp. Jaoskonna planeerimisel juurutati tootmisse 5S süsteemi. Projekteerimise käigus koostati standard ajad elektrikilpide koostamiseks, mis võimaldavad kiiresti arvutada elektrikilpide omahinda ja tööaega. Arvutustest selgus et põhiline koostamis aeg läheb juhtmestiku paigaldamisse ja markeerimisse ja komponentide paigaldamisse. Sellest tulenvalt sai jaoskonnas loodud paralleel töökohad antud operatsioonidele. Majanduslikus osas arvutati välja jaoskonna kulud ja elektrikilpide koostamise omahind. Selgus, et elektrikilpide valmistamise omahind on tunduvalt soodsam kui allahankena tellitud elektrikilbid. Kokkuvõtteks võib öelda, et lõputöös püstitatud eesmärk sai täidetud ning on ka majanduslikult efektiivne.

Abstract [en]

The thesis purpose was to design ship’s electrical switchboard assembly production line on AS Baltic Workboats basis. The Company generally purchases switchboards from outside, but have experienced a problem of supply and quality issues. The company have prepared skilled workers assembling the switchboard, but there was lack of planning and production of the assembly line. The aim was to raise the quality of electrical enclosures and lower the cost. Electrical switchboards layouts were designed according to connection diagrams of electrical ship project. According to those schemas, many different switchboard components were investigates and standard components were chosen. After that, layouts of electrical switchboard were created. Layouts were specially designed for ships and had to be compacts and vibration proof. According to the switchboard layouts the assembly line were designed. First step was to choose special tooling for manufacturing the switchboards. The layout of assembly line were designed and drawn, that increases the speed and quality of switchboard production. During the design, 5S system was implanted. Standard times were calculated for assembling the switchboards that would help to calculate the cost and work time of assembling the switchboard. It can be concluded that most of production time went to the assembling and marking the wires and also assembling the components. According to that, parallel work places were created for this operation. In economical part, the cost of assembly line and electrical switchboard price were calculated. Conclusion was, that its more cost effective to build switchboard in factory than ordered switchboards. In conclusion, we can say that the goal of thesis was completed and it is also cost effective.
