Abstract

Käesoleva töö eesmärgiks on teada saada, milline ehitustehnoloogia on jätkusuutlikum Sillamäe Sadama konteinerterminali uute rööbasteede ehitamiseks. Töös analüüsiti raudteepaigalduskraanade UK25/9-18 ja Donelli PTH-350 tehnilisi näitajaid, tööks ettevalmistamiseks vajalikke eeltööde mahtu ja selleks vajalikku aega ning teostati majanduslikud arvestused. Püstitatud eesmärgi saavutamiseks teostati: • raudteepaigalduskraana UK 25/9-18 ja Donelli PTH-350 efektiivsuse, SWOT- ja võrdlusanalüüsi. • Efektiivsuse analüüsis uuriti kõnealuse rööbastee paigaldusmasinate tootlikkust rööbastee ehitamisel. • SWOT-analüüsi käigus selgitati välja raudteepaigalduskraanade tugevad ja nõrgad küljed. Nende masinate kasutamise võimalused erinevates situatsioonides ja võimalikud kaasnevad riskid. Võrdlevas analüüsi osas võrreldi raudteepaigalduskraanade UK25/9-18 ja Donelli PTH-350 tootlikkust, masinatest tuleneva ehitustehnoloogia maksumust, füüsilisi parameetreid ning mõlema tehnoloogia rakendamiseks vajalikku tööjõu hulka. Võrdluse tulemusena selgus, et Donelli PTH-350 on uue rööbastee ehitamisel odavam, tootlikum ja väiksema tööjõu hulka vajav ehitustehnoloogia. Teostatud analüüside tulemusena selgus, et: • Donelli PTH-350 masina tootlikkus on suurem kui raudteepaigalduskraanal UK 25/9-18; • Donelli PTH-350 on oma füüsiliste patameetrite järgi väiksem, mis võimaldab valida masina objektile transportimiseks erinevaid võimalusi; • Donelli PTH-350 ehitustehnoloogia on Sillamäe Sadama konteinerterminali uute rööbasteede ehitamiseks sobivam kui raudteepaigalduskraana UK 25/9-18 ehitustehnoloogia. Edaspidi tuleks teostada järelanalüüsi, et võrrelda teoreetilist analüüsi reaalse projekti teostatud tööde mahuga, tõestamaks tehnoloogia rakendatavust konkreetsetes tingimustes.

Abstract [en]

The aim of this work is to find out which construction technology is more sustainable for the construction of the railway at the port of Sillamäe container terminal. This study analyzes technical characteristics of the track-laying crane UK25/9-18 and Donelli PTH-350, the necessary time and the volume of work needed to prepare the preliminary work and also performing economic calculations. In order to achieve the above stated objective the following actions were performed: • Analysis of efficiency, SWOT and comparison analysis of track-laying cranes UK25/9-18 and Donelli PTH-350; • the productivity of the railway track-laying cranes were inspected within the efficiency analysis; • SWOT analysis identified the track-laying cranes' strengths and weaknesses in different situations, as well as their opportunities and potential risks. Within the comparative analysis the productivity of the track-laying cranes UK25/9-18 and Donelli PTH-350 was compared, the construction technology cost depending on the cranes was inspected, and the physical parameters of the cranes and the necessary workforce for the implementation of both technologies were inspected. The comparison showed that in the case of the construction of a new railway the Donelli PTH-350 is a cheaper construction technology, more productive and requires less workforce to operate. Performed analyses showed the following: • Donelli PTH-350 is more productive compared to the track-laying crane UK25/9-18; • Due to its smaller physical parameters, Donelli PTH-350 allows the option of using different crane transporting setups; • the construction technology of Donelli PTH-350 is more suitable for the construction of the new railway at the Port of Sillamäe container terminal compared to the technology of the crane UK25/9-18. With the aim to prove the applicability of the technology in specific circumstances, a post-analysis should be performed in order to compare the theoretical analysis with the actual volume of work carried out within the project.
