Abstract

Kõik lõputöös püstitatud eesmärgid said täidetud. Töö käigus tuli projekteerida ja arendada PASI XA-188 soomustransportööri mootoristend, mille kaasabil on võimalik käivitada komplektne jõuagregaat soomukist sõltumata. Lõputöös on käsitletud erinevaid mootorisendi lahendusviise ning on projekteeritud vastavad komponendid, mis on vajalikud mootoristendile. Konstrueeriti mootoristendi alusraam ja jahutusventilaatori kaitse, et tagada mootoristendi sujuv töötamine ja ohutus. Lisaks projekteeriti hüdraulikasüsteem ja paigutati komponendid mootoristendi. Mootoristendi arendamise tulemusena lihtsustub autotehniku töö, sest mootoristendis on võimalik enne soomustransportöörile paigaldamist jõuagregaati käivitada, kontrollida lekete puudumist ja tuvastada tehnohoolduse käigus muid võimalikke rikkeid ja tõrkeid. Lisaks paraneb autotehniku tööasend. Mootoristendi olemasolu korral on ettevõttel võimalik kokku hoida 2060 eurot aastas. Lisaks muutub töökorraldus efektiivsemaks ja vähendab võimalust garantiiremondiks. Mehaaniline osa projekteeriti valmis, vajadusel saab selle hiljem valmistada. Sai valitud mootoristendi vajaminevad komponendid ja materjalid. Pidades silmas nende omavahelist sobivust ning paigutust mootoristendis. Projekteeriti süsteemi sobilik hüdraulika paak ning valiti valmistamise viis koostamisel. Valides mootoristendi tööpinnale ja mootoristendi komponentidele sobivad töökõrgused.

„Armoured Personnel Carrier Pasi XA-Series Engine Test Stand Development“ This final thesis talking about how it’s possible and how to do that, what components need engine test stand to get operating hydraulic system to the engine test stand.The actuality in Estonian defence forces and Estonian Army using this kind of armoured vehicles. In Estonia don’t have chance do start Pasi XA- 188 full power pack without vehicle connections. At the moment it’s possible to starts engine only without automatic transmission and hydraulic system. Need to ignition all power pack components together same time. Power pack, which includes engine, automatic transmission, cooling system and working lubricants. Final thesis objective was to design and develop mechanical parts of PASI XA-188 armoured personnel engine test stand, which can contribute the power unit to run a complete without armoured vehicle support. Mainly the engine test stand consist of hydraulic system, which helps to run engine. Engine test stand includes chassis and cooling fan protection unit to ensure the smooth operation of the engine themselves. Final thesis deals with the different ways of designing the engine test stand a solution corresponding to the components what need to run engine. The task was to develop a system as simple as possible where the choice would be easy to install components. The result from the engine test stand existence would prevent and reduce the work load. Engine test stand improves the quality of work and job management. The physical form of the engine test stand could not be reached to make themselves ready, but the mechanical parts is designed. Engine test stand can be ensured for the power unit repair quality and maintenance services of higher quality control and reduce subsequent errors. The result is that the availability of engine test stand keeps the total resource, improving the efficiency of the organization, by raising the quality of the work.
