Abstract

Antud lõputöös sai käsitletud ühte osa Tauria ralliauto taastamisest, mis oli vajalik antud ajaloolise väärtusega auto korrastamiseks. Antud töö tegemisel lähtuti 30 aasta tagustest võimalustest, omaniku soovidest ja grupp B ralli tingimustest. Olulisemate uuendustena sõiduki elektrisüsteemis asendati kontaktidega lihtsüütesüsteem transistor süütesüsteemiga, mis tagab parema jõudluse ning töökindluse, ehitati välja peavoolulüliti, mis on väljastpoolt välja lülitatav, grupp B ralli tingimuste täitmiseks, asendati süütelukk lülititega, lisati uued näidikud ja tehti vastavad kinnitus. Lisaks tehti uutele tarbijatele elektrijuhtmestik koos vajalike komponentidega, mis tagab paremad tingimused ralli sõitmiseks.

Abstract [en]

Estonia Motorsport Museum and TTK University of Applied Sciences started joint operation for restoring a unique rally car ZAZ Tavria, originallydating back to mid 80s. Rally car is unique because back in 1986 there were only three of them made in ERF Mobile rally club. Cars were built into rally specification in a record time of 112 days. The same year two of the cars were already competing in Crimea rally, where one of them was destroyed in a crash. Unfortunately the end for the development of Tavria came when the group B rallys were prohibited after couple fatal accidents in the rallys. Nowadays only two of the ZAZ rally cars have been preserved and one of them is been restorated in TTK University of Applied Sciences. The aim of this graduation thesis is to adjust rally car Tauria original electrical system so it would meet the historical group B rally conditions, owner needs and would be competition ready. The most important changes done on the electrical system were sorting out unnecessary wiring, testing and replacing the wires which did not meet the requirements. Also switching from mechanically timed ignition to transistorized ignition system, adding a battery switch, as FISA regulations prescribed and installing other important electrical circuits for rally needs. The first chapter of the thesis describes the era of group B rally cars, the evolving from previous classes, the construction of first group B rally cars in Estonia and the reasoning for the end of the so called Killer B-s. The second chapter describes the details of electrical schemes, the checking of the electrical system, explaining the ignition system and used components in the systems. The technical regulations and the owner’s requirements are presented. Also covering the calculation results required for adjusting the electrical system for the vehicle. The third chapter describes the techingal changes made to meet the requirements of the owner and rally regulations. Covering new components and their schematic circuit diagrams The fourth chapter explains how the circuit diagram was created and what methods were used to make easily readable and maintainable electrical system. In conclusion the original electrical system from ZAZ Tavria, was modified for the historical group B rally regulations and also meets the owner needs. However the work on the car chassis and undercarriage is still in progress by other students and on this moment, the electrical system has not been installed on the vehicle nor tested.
