Abstract

Antud lõputöö peaeesmärk oli leida, kas Amserv Järvel Toyota edasimüüjana on kasulik pakkuda suurklientidele Toyotade hooldamise ja remontimise teenust klientide tööpiirkondades. Lõputöö uurimuslikust osast selgub, et sellist teenust on esialgu võimalik pakkuda kahele Ida-Virumaal asuvale kaevandusettevõttele, kellel on kokku 35 sõidukit. Teenus on ettevõtetele eelkõige kasulik aja kokkuhoiu tulemusel. Tööde maht, mida antud ettevõtted telliksid, on prognoosi kohaselt 207 tundi aastas. See tähendab, et väljakutseid aasta peale tuleb 8 tunniste tööpäevade korral 26. Optimaalseim lahendus nii vähese töömahu korral on kasutada teenuse osutamisel Amserv Järve rendipargi kaubikut. Teise võimalusena kaalumisel olnud liikuvtöökoja tellimine antud töömahu juures (ostuhind ettevõttele 26 009 €) ei ole majanduslikult otstarbekas. Selle ära tasumiseks peab tööde maht olema vähemalt neli korda suurem (840 tundi). Nii väike tööde maht tähendab ka seda, et antud teenuse osutamiseks ei ole vajadust palgata lisatööjõudu. Keskmiselt 2 väljakutset kuus on Amserv Järve võimeline haldama ka praeguse meeskonnaga, väljakutsete organiseerimisega tegeleb hooldussaali nõunik ning väljakutsele sõidab üks kuni kaks tehnikut. Antud uurimustöö raames koostatud teenuse pakkumise hinnakirja põhjal on ühe töötunni maksumus kliendile 35,5 € ning kilomeetritasu väljakutsel 45 senti (hindadele lisandub käibemaks). Suurema töömahu korral sõidab väljakutsele kaks tehnikut ja sellisel juhul on kilomeetri hind 65 senti. Antud töö hulga juures on eeldatav kasum 5-aastase teenuse pakkumise perioodi jooksul 28 775 €. Probleemiks on antud teenuse pakkumisel maaletooja loa puudumine garantiitööde teostamiseks kliendi töökojas, mida tuleb taotelda. Juhul, kui maaletooja edasimüüjale sellist luba ei väljasta, ei ole võimalik ka pakkuda piisavalt usaldusväärset hooldusteenust, mida iga uue garantiilise auto ostja ootab. See tähendab, et juhul, kui autol on kehtiv tehasegarantii, peab klient ikkagi kulutama vähemalt pool tööpäeva, et käia lähimas esinduses. Suure tõenäosusega ei ole võimalik viga kohe parandada ja klient peab lisaks veel ühe tööpäeva raiskama, et viga lahendatud saaks. Seega usaldusväärse teenuse pakkumise üheks põhiargumendiks on ka garantiitööde teostamine kliendi remondikeskuses. Juhul, kui maaletooja selle loa annab, on lõputöö põhjal antud teenusega kasumlik turule tulla.

Abstract [en]

Tasuvusanalüüs Ida-Virumaa kaevandusettevõtete Toyotade teenindamiseks nende tööpiirkonnas – Cost-benefit Analysis for Servicing Ida-Virumaa Mining Companies Toyotas in Their Work Area. Main goal for the graduation thesis was to find out if it would be profitable for Amserv Järve as a Toyota authorized repairer to offer maintenance and repair work for major clients in their work area. As it turns out only two mining companies from Ida-Virumaa would need this kind of service. Combined on two companies there are 35 Toyota Hilux pick-up trucks what they use daily to service their own operations. Main reason why would they need this kind of service is long distance from the nearest authorized Toyota repairer. Mainly it means big time expenditure for them (driving time to the service and back – around three hours). Combined with the time at the dealership, a whole work day is spent only on servicing a truck. This service would offer them more efficient management on their fleet of Toyotas. In this thesis the author analysed: a) volume of maintenances, repair and warranty works; b) services available to offer at the costumers repair shops by the importer rules; c) the structure and functions of the service team; d) organizing a service call; e) comparison of expenses for different service vehicles; d) expected profitability. As it reveals from the research, both of the clients have their own repair shops which are used to service their own mining equipment. There would also be possible for dealership service team to do maintenance and repair work on costumers Toyotas. All they need to take is equipment, parts, oils and fluids. Presumable work amount is 207 hours per year. This means, about 26 orders for this service per year, considered that 8 hours of work is done every day. With this low volume of work a specially ordered service vehicle would be significantly more expensive per year then using a rental van. Also there is no need to hire more staff, because around two service calls per month means that it is possible to complete them with the current staff size. 46 Estimated price rates are 35,5 € for the hour of labour and for calling out a technician, 45 cents per kilometre is charged. Driving rate for two technicians is 65 cents per kilometre. By these price rates and the volume of work, the expected profitability is 28 775 € within five years. By this, the service is profitable and recommended to start. The only drawback would be importers refusal to provide warranty repairs outside the authorised repairers work shop. If the importer does not issue such an approval to the reseller it is not possible to provide a sufficiently reliable maintenance and warranty service for new vehicles, like costumers would expect. This means that costumers would still need to spend a vast proportion of their work day to visit authorised repairer for warranty issues. In conclusion servicing costumers vehicles in their work area would be profitable and would wider the range of different services offered. This would also distinguish Amserv Järve from the competitors and would give an advantage in competition.
