Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli ettevõttele Automa AS uue veosuuna planeerimine, et tagada vabale veovahendile pidev tööga koormatus. Selleks teostas autor finantsnäitajate analüüsi perioodi 2013 – 2015 kohta, millega hindas ettevõtte tulusust ja finantsseisukorda. Töö autor leidis ettevõtte autorongide kilomeetri omahinna 2015. aasta andmete põhjal, millega teenust osutatakse. Välja selgitamaks koostööpartneriga seonduvad võimalused uue veosuuna planeerimisel, viis töö autor läbi intervjuu koostööpartneri veokorraldajaga. Intervjuu tulemusena sai töö autor teada koostööpartneri toodangumahud, selgitas välja tootmisettevõte enda autorongi ja Automa AS autorongide senised veomahud ning koostööpartneri poolt sisseostetava transporditeenuse mahud ja sihtkohad. Saadud andmete põhjal tegi autor järelduse, et Automa AS võimalik planeeritav veosuund võiks olla vedude teostamine Norra suunale. Ettevõtte Automa AS Norra veosuuna hindamiseks ja ettevõtte transporditurul positsioneerimiseks saatis autor hinnapäringu Eesti suuremate ekspediitorfirmade Norra suuna veokorraldajatele, et välja selgitada alltöövõtjatele makstavad tariifid ja tingimused. Samuti uuris töö autor, millised erinõuded kaasnevad transpordifirmadele transporditeenuse osutamisel Norras. Kuna ettevõtte koostööpartner saaks pakkuda vedusid ainult ühel suunal (Eesti-Norra), viis töö autor läbi hinnapäringu importkoormate leidmiseks Eesti transpordiettevõtete seas, kes teostavad vedusid antud suunal. Parimaks lahenduseks osutusid Pakkuja 1 poolt pakutavad veosed, mis sobiksid nii planeeritavate sihtkohtadega Norras kui ka Automa AS autorongide parameetritega. Koostööpartnerilt saadud infole tuginedes planeeris autor kaks võimalikku veoringi ning selgitas välja eeldatavad saadavad tulud, veoringile tehtavad kulutused ning samuti ka veovahendile tehtavad kulutused. Autor viis läbi veoringide tasuvusanalüüsi ja võrdles, milline oleks tulem vedusid teostades ettevõtte oma veovahendiga ja alltöövõttu kasutades. Peamised autoripoolsed ettepanekud olid alustada vedude teostamist Norra suunale, vedusid teostada ettevõtte enda autorongiga, leida ettevõttele kindlad ja usaldusväärsed koostööpartnerid sise- ja importkoormate jaoks, kasumi suurendamise eesmärgil leida võimalusi autorongide kilomeetri omahinna alandamiseks, võimaluse korral vältida täiskoormate laadimist Rootsist Eestisse ja rakendada koorma komplekteerimist osakoormatest, millega teenitaks suuremat tulu. Töö autori hinnangul on lõputöö eesmärk täidetud. Koostööpartneriga seonduvatest võimalustest lähtuvalt oleks ettevõtte ühele autorongile pidev töö Norra suunal tagatud. Veoringi tasuvusanalüüs kinnitab, et nimetatud suund on ettevõttele tulus ja kasumlik. Lõputöö esitamise hetkeks on autori ettepanekutega arvestatud ja suunale ka juba sisenetud.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the graduation thesis is to plan a new transport route for Automa AS in order to ensure the free means of transport a constant work load. Therefore, the author performed an analysis of the financial figures in the period of 2013 – 2015 and used this for evaluating the profitability and financial situation of the company. The author of the thesis calculated the cost price per kilometre of the company’s road train used for rendering the service. Data of year 2015 was used as the basis for the calculation. In order to find out the possibilities, related to the cooperation partner, in planning the new transport route, the author of the thesis interviewed the transport manager of the cooperation partner. As a result of the interview, the author of the thesis got to know the production volumes of the cooperation partner, found out the road train of the production company itself as well as the current transport volumes of the road trains of Automa AS, and the volumes and destinations of the transport service outsourced by the cooperation partner. Based on the results, the author concluded that the potential transport route to be planned by Automa AS could be organising transport in direction of Norway. In order to assess the transport route of Automa AS in direction of Norway and to position the company on the transport market, the author asked for a price quotation from transport managers of the Estonian larger forwarding companies organising transport in direction of Norway. The goal was to find out the rates paid to subcontractors as well as terms and conditions. The author of the thesis also studied what kind of specific requirements should be followed by the transport companies when rendering the transport service in Norway. As the cooperation partner of the company would be able to render transport service only in one direction (Estonia-Norway), the author wished to receive price quotations for finding import cargos among Estonian transport companies who organise transport in the above-mentioned direction. The cargo of Service Provider 1 turned out to be the best solution that would suit the planned destinations in Norway and the parameters of the road trains of Automa AS. Based on the information received from the cooperation partner, the author has planned two potential transport routes and found out the expected profit to be received, the expenditure on the transport route as well as on the means of transport. The author performed a cost-benefit analysis of the transport routes and compared the revenue from rendering the transport service with the company’s own means of transport and from using subcontracting. The main proposals of the author were to start rendering transport service in direction of Norway, to do it with the company’s own road train, to find steady and reliable cooperation partners for the company for domestic and import loads, to find ways for reducing the cost price of road trains per kilometre in order to increase profit, to avoid full loads from Sweden to Estonia, if possible, and to apply completion of a full load from part-loads that would help earn higher profit. According to the author of the thesis, the aim of the graduation thesis has been reached. Based on the possibilities related to the cooperation partner, constant work in direction of Norway would be ensured for one road train of the company. Cost-benefit analysis of the transport routes assures that the given direction is profitable and cost-effective. By the moment of submitting the graduation thesis, the author’s proposals have been already taken into account and the company has already entered in the proposed direction.
