Abstract

Töö esimeses osas on kirjeldatud uuritavat ettevõtet ning selle logistikasüsteemi. Teine osa sisaldab pideva parendamise filosoofiat ning erinevaid probleemide lahendamise meetodeid. Kolmandas osas leitakse lahendus töö probleemile - madal klientide rahulolu tase Saku Õlletehase transpordiga -standardi koostamise abil ning koostatakse vastav standard võttes aluseks A3 probleemide lahendamise meetodi.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this paper was to create service standard in order to improve customer satisfaction with the distribution service of Saku Brewery. The first part describes Saku Brewery and its logistics system. The second part describes continuous improvement filosophy and different methods for problem solving. A3 problem solving method was then selected and used to specify the problem, find root causes and then to create the standard for a solution.
