Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on käsitletud teemat „Tehnilised ja tehnoloogilised lahendused DT NEMAN süsteemi rakendamisel AS Eesti Raudtee Tapa - Narva piirkonnal“. Uuritud on Tapa – Narva liikluspiirkond ja kirjeldatud selle lühiiseloomustus. Lõputöös on vaadeldud DT NEMAN süsteemi erinevus teistest AS Eesti Raudtee liikluspiirkondades kasutusel olevatest süsteemidest, lahti seletatud DT NEMAN süsteemi printsipiaalne skeem. Kirjeldatud põhiline muudatus, mille tulemusena moodustati raudteejaamade juhtimise täies mahus üleandmise võimalus rongidispetšerile, raudteejaamades demonteeriti vanad pult-tablood ja selle asemel paigaldati jaamakorraldajate arvutipõhilised töökohad. Töös on kirjeldatud DT NEMAN süsteemi liikluskorraldaja monitori ekraani visualiseerimine koos ekraaninuppude tähendustega. Tehtud DT NEMAN süsteemi seadmete iseloomustuse ja nende paigaldamisprotsessi kirjeldamine. Esitatud Tapa – Narva piirkonna jaamade turvanguseadmete DT NEMAN arvutisüsteemi sisselülitamise ajakava. Uurimise käigus kirjeldati piirkonna ja jaamatöö liikluskorraldamise muudatused ja lahendused, mis ilmnesid DT NEMAN süsteemi Tapa – Narva piirkonnas tööle rakendamisel. Töö käigus uuriti liikluskorraldajate uuenenud arvutipõhise töökohaga seotud töökeskkonna riskianalüüs ja selles kirjeldatud võimalikud riskid. Uurimise tulemusena on tehti omapoolsed ettepanekud liikluskorraldajate töö korraldamiseks ja turvalisuse parandamiseks uuenenud olukorras: • arvutipõhise loogikaga automaatne rongimatkade valmistamine; • liikluskorraldajate ja piirkondi teenindavate mehaanikute väljaõpe õppesimulaatori peal; • pöörmete automaatne seadistamine.

Abstract [en]

The goal of this thesis is to give an overview of the technical and technological solutions in application of the dispatcher centralization NEMAN on AS Estonian Railway Tapa–Narva area, management of the stations connected to it and the analysis of the changes occurring in the organization of train traffic. The application of dispatcher centralization NEMAN on AS Estonian Railway Tapa–Narva area will cost 850–900 thousand Euros and should pay off approximately in four to five years. Application of the dispatcher centralization NEMAN on Tapa¬–Narva area increases the throughput capacity of trains on Tallinn–Narva direction and has a positive impact on the development of transport corridors in the Republic of Estonia. Tapa–Narva traffic area has been researched and its short characterization has been described. The thesis observes the difference of NEMAN dispatcher centralization system compared to other systems used in AS Estonian Railway traffic areas and explains the principle scheme of NEMAN dispatcher centralization system. The thesis describes the visualization of NEMAN dispatcher centralization traffic organizer monitor screen with the meanings of the screen buttons. The timeline of switching on the computer system of security devices of NEMAN dispatcher centralization Tapa–Narva area stations has been presented. The use of NEMAN dispatcher centralization brought along new solutions: • switching the electromechanical remote-board for the computer-based workplace; • managing the railway stations from the area’s supporting stations; • the computer-based workplace leaves the possibility to manage the railway station by the station manager; • changes in management process of communication and security devices; • changes in the process of train traffic organization; • giving the management of railway station to the train dispatcher in full capacity, including the responsible commands. In course of the research, changes in the area and station work traffic organization and the solutions that occurred in application of NEMAN dispatcher centralization have been described. In course of the work, the work environment risk analysis of the renewed computer-based workplace of traffic organizers has been researched and the possible risks have been described. As the result of the research, proposals have been made for improving the safety and productivity in the renewed situation: • preparing the automatic train journeys with computer-based logic; • training traffic organizers and mechanics servicing the areas on a study simulator; • automatic installation of rail current switch.
