Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida ja konstrueerida madelveoki platvorm. Töö käigus on kirjeldatud platvormile esitatud nõudeid ja materjalide valikut ning põhjendatud projekteeritud konstruktsiooni eripära. Lõputöös on teostatud tugevusarvutused platvormi konstruktsiooni elementidele. Peale tugevusarvutuste on koostatud simulatsioonimudelid, kasutades joonestusprogrammi Solid Edge. Nimetatud mudeleid on analüüsitud ja saadud tulemusi on võrreldud tugevusarvutustega. Arvutuslikul teel ja simulatsioonist saadud tulemused on ligilähedased. Lisaks eelpool mainitule on teostatud reaalsed läbipainde katsed, mille mõõtmistulemused kinnitavad töös käsitletud teooriat. Valmis projekteeritud madelveoki platvormile on koostatud tootmistehnoloogia kirjeldus. Tootmistehnoloogia käsitleb erinevate operatsioonide spetsiifilisi parameetreid. Antud parameetrite otseseks väljundiks on koostus sisalduvate detailide koondaegade leidmine. Majanduslikus osas teostati projekteeritud madelveoki platvormile omahinna arvutus. Omahinna arvutusel on kasutatud tootmistehnoloogiast varasemalt leitud koondaegasid. Projekteeritud platvormi omahinnaks tuli 3382 eurot. Eelneva kolme madelveoki platvormi müük näitab, et tegu on konkurentsivõimelise hinnaga. Antud lõputöö praktiliseks väljenduseks on ehitusjärgus olev madelveoki platvorm. Ühtlasi on ettevalmistamisel ka järgmise madelveoki platvormi konstrueerimine. Arvestades kõiki ülaltoodud aspekte võib järeldada, et tegemist on jätkusuutliku ja tasuva projektiga.

Abstract [en]

The goal of this thesis was to engineer and construct the flatbed for a lorry. There are all the requirements specified which the flatbed has to meet. In addition a material comparison and a particular choice for the design were carried out. The paper includes calculation for the applied forces for every part of the assembly. Furthermore a variety of simulation models have been designed using a engineering software Solid Edge. The models have been analyzed and the results compared to the calculation from the previous chapter. The overall results from the simulation model as well as the structural calculations were approximately the same. Actual measurements have been taken which also verify the theory of the thesis. After completing the thoroughly designed project a manufacturing process have been executed. The manufacturing process consists of specific parameters for various operations. As a result the final manufacturing time of the parts were calculated. In the economic stage the exact overall costs for manufacturing the flatbed has been calculated. The calculation was done using the manufacturing times that had been found in the previous stage. As a result the overall price for the produced flatbed is 3382 Euros. Selling already three of the mentioned products clearly states that this is a very competitive price. The auxiliary output for this paper is a lorry with a flatbed assembly standing by. Additionally the preparations for the next vehicle had been started as well. Taking into consideration every bit of aspects the outcome is a sustainable and profitable project.
