Abstract

Selline lahendus muudab ala nauditavaks kõikidele soovijatele.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis is the creation of a multi-functional and active coastal environment in the center of Tallinn. The idea involves the planning of the proposal as well as the cubical solution. The result is a diverse variety offering cityscape with an ambitious shaped hotel-spa. Material handling and the game of form of the present content is bold and monumental. In addition to the above-mentioned "landmark" a lot of green spaces together with wide and functional seafront are also planned in the area. Current planning of the proposal fits the idea of "Opening Tallinn to the sea." Despite the arrangement of the buildings beautiful views and easy access to the beach have been preserved. This solution makes the area enjoyable for all guests.
