Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös kirjeldati geodeetilisi töid korterelamu ehitusobjekti, mis asub Saue Vallas, Laagri alevikus, Kaselaane 3/2. See oli üliõpilase inseneripraktika ajal ainuke suur ehitusobjekt kus ehitusgeodeetilisi töid tegemas käidi. Märkimistöid oli Kaselaane 3/2 objektil erinevaid. Lisaks olid erinevad tellijad, nende soovid ja nõudmised olid erinevad. Saadi eeskujulikult hakkama kõigi töödega mis geodeetidelt telliti. Probleemide ennetamiseks näidati ja vajadusel selgitati tellijale märgitud punkte. Paar korda ehitajad süüdistasid geodeete valede märkide tegemises, aga alati peale märkide tegemist mõõdeti punktid sisse ja oli tõestusmaterjal olemas. Kokkuleppel tellijaga teostusjoonised koos hälvetega edastati tellijale alati esimesel võimalusel. Teostusjoonistega tellijatel probleeme polnud, kuna alati saadeti need tellijale õigeks ajaks. Lisaks olid õieti vormistatud ja hälbed olid selgelt välja toodud. Kõiki märgitud ehituselemente tellija ei soovinud teostusmõõdistada, näiteks vundamendi kaevik ja rõdu kandurid. Lõputöös anti ülevaade alusvõrgu rajamisest, räägiti alusvõrgu rajamise nõuetest ja kuidas alusvõrk rajati. Anti ülevaade vaiatöödest, vundamendi töödest ja seinte töödest. Vaiatöödel välimistel vaiadel oli ehitustööde täpsus 1,6 cm, sisemistel vaiadel 3,2 cm. Nagu käesolevas lõputöös kajastatud, siis välimiste vaiade suurim hälve oli 10 cm ja sisemiste vaiade suurim hälve oli 16 cm. Kõrguslikult oli vaiade suurim hälve 4 cm, maksimaalne lubatud hälve oli 3 cm. Vundamendi ehitustööde täpsus oli 12 cm ja kõige suurem hälve oli 80mm. Kivilaotiste ehitustööde täpsus oli 10 mm, suurim hälve aga oli 49 mm. Lisaks räägiti lähemalt vundamendi kaeviku ja rõdu kandurite märkimisest. Viimaks toodi välja milliseid instrumente objektil kasutati ja tuuakse välja instrumentide spetsifikatsioonid.

Abstract [en]

The title of this thesis is “Engineering survey services at Kaselaane 3/2”. This thesis describes the construction site of an apartment building located in Saue parish, Laagri rural municipality, Kaselaane 3/2. This was the only big construction site at the time of the student's engineering practice where they performed engineering survey work. Different types of stakeout survey work were performed at the site of Kaselaane 3/2. In addition there were different clients with different wishes and requirements. All work ordered from geodetic engineers was successfully completed. In order to avoid problems and if needed, the marked survey points were explained to the client. A couple of times the builders accused geodetic engineers of having marked the wrong survey points but in each case the points were measured and the proof was there. In agreement with the client as-built drawings including permitted tolerances were always forwarded to the client as quickly as possible. The clients had no problems with as-built drawings, since these were always sent to the client in due time. Additionally, these were properly made and the permitted tolerances were clearly marked. The client did not want as-built drawings to be prepared for all construction elements, for instance for the foundation ditch and load-bearing elements of the balcony. The thesis gives an overview of how to build a bottom grid, outlines requirements for building a bottom grid, principles of building a bottom grid and how the student would have built the bottom grid themselves. An overview of pile work, foundation work and wall work was given. In addition, the accuracy of these jobs was discussed and reasons for deviations were analysed. In addition, the marking of the foundation ditch and load-bearing elements of a balcony was discussed more thoroughly. In the end of the thesis there is a list of instruments used at the site and specifications thereof.
