Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös on kirjeldatud on kirjeldatud Kadaka pst 140 elamuhoone ehitusgeodeetilist teenindamist. Hoone valmis 2015. aasta kevadel. Lõputöö annab ülevaate erinevatest töödest, mida ehituse käigus geodeedilt nõuti ning toob välja ehitusgeodeedi igapäevatöö kirjelduse. Samuti juhitakse töös tähelepanu erinevatele insener-tehnilistele probleemidele, millega ehitusgeodeet oma töös kokku puutub. Probleemide väljatoomisel kirjeldatakse, kuidas need lahendati ning analüüsitakse, mida oleks pidanud tegema teisiti. Tööst tuleb välja ka see, kuivõrd tähtis on tänapäeva ehituse kiire tempo juures suhtlus tellijatega ning milliseid meetmeid kasutati, et geodeedi töö kulgeks ehitusega vastavas tempos. Töös kirjeldatakse erinevaid mõõdistustöid nende kulgemise kronoloogilises järjekorras. Kirjeldatakse ka seda, kuidas neid tehti. Suurt rõhku on pandud ehituse geodeetilise alusvõrgu loomise ning -kindlustamise protsessidele. Läbi kogu töö on käsitletud alusvõrgu laiendamisi vastavalt objekti edenemisele. Seejuures on tähelepanu pööratud ka alusvõrgu punktide paigutamise olulisusele ning probleemidele, mis sellega seoses ette tulevad. Käsitletakse ka seda, kuidas ehitatud hoone osade geomeetriline täpsus vastas projekteerija ette antud normile EVS-ENV 13670-1:2003 „Betoonkonstruktsioonide ehitamine“. Analüüsitud on olukordi, kus konstruktsioonide geomeetrilised täpsused ei mahtunud ette antud normi lubatud piiridesse ning on välja toodud põhjusi ning põhjendusi, milest sellised probleemid võivad tuleneda. Projekteerija poolt ette antud standardile tuginemise kõrval, on võetud aluseks ka Vello Kala „Ehitusgeodeesia õpik“. Põhiliselt nendele allikatele tuginedes saab lugeja objektiivse ülevaate teostatud tööde õigsusest ning probleemsetest kohtadest.

Abstract [en]

The present thesis: „Geodetic maintenance of Kadaka street 140 residential building“ describes the everyday work of construction surveyor. The building was completed in the spring of 2015. This thesis provides an overview of the different works, which were required of the geodesist during construction and brings out a description of the everyday job responsibilities of a construction geodesist. The thesis also highlights the different technical and engineering problems, which a geodesist comes across in their everyday work. The solutions to the problems brought out are also described and are analysed to see what could have been done differently. The thesis also draws attention to the fact communication with customers is extremely important due to the fast pace of the modern construction process, and which measures were taken to ensure that the geologist’s work would be in accordance with the pace of the construction. The thesis describes different surveying works in their chronological order. The process of their conduction is also described. Special emphasis lies on the processes of creating and securing the geodetic subnetwork. The expansion of the subnetwork stemming from the development of the object has been viewed throughout the thesis. Attention has also been paid to the importance of positioning geodetic points of the subnetwork and the problems which may occur during this process. The compliance of the geometric accuracy of parts of the constructed building and the norm EVS-ENV 13670-1:2003 of Execution of Concrete Structures provided by the designer is also observed. Situations, in which the geometric accuracies of constructions exceeded the limits of the norms provided, have been analysed and possible causes and explanations for such problems have been brought out. In addition to the standard provided by the designer, thesis also relies on Vello Kala’s Ehitusgeodeesia õpik (Textbook of construction geodetics). Basing mostly on these sources, the reader is provided with an objective overview of the correctness of the performed works and issues concerning the said works.
