Abstract

Lõputöö annab ülevaate sellest, kuidas on lahendatud erinevad probleemid, mis tekkisid seoses Rannamõisa vee- ja kanalisatsioonitrasside ehitamise teenindamisega. Nivelleerimiskäik, mis rajati, et tagada õiged kõrgusmärgid ehitusobjektil, oli selle objekti puhul tõenäoliselt õige lahendus. Vaatamata ilmastikuoludele, mis ei soosinud käigu rajamist, oli tulemus hea. Kindlasti oleks saanud algandmetest lähtudes lahendada õigete kõrguste toomist ehitusele ka ühe kinnise käiguga, ent tehtud otsusele kindlaks jäädes tehti kaks kinnist käiku. Ehituse ajal tehtud märkimised olid läbimõeldud ja midagi üleliigset ei tehtud. Nagu ehitaja soovis, nõnda ka tehti. Sama täpsusega oleks saanud märkida punkte ka GPS-seadmega, ent kindluse mõttes toimus töö elektrontahhümeetriga. Märkimisaktid, mida sooviti iga märkimispäeva lõpuks, olid tehtud täpselt ja tähtajaliselt. Teostusjooniste jaoks info kogumine ja kaevude uurimine võttis küll ajaliselt vähem aega kui reaalselt kontoris joonise vormistamine, ent lõpptulemuseks on muljetavaldav pilt, mida suudeti nelja ja poole kuuga valmis ehitada, kasutades selleks võrdlemisi väikest hulka tööjõudu ja rasketehnikat. Kui mõõtefirma oli hanke võitnud, küsis ehitaja, kas ikka saadakse sellise objekti teenindamisega hakkama, kuna ettevõte oli suhteliselt noor, ainult nelja töötajaga. Kinnitati, et loomulikult saadakse hakkama. Mõõdistajate järel ei pidanud terve ehituse käigus mitte keegi ootama. Kõik oli tehtud täpselt, kvaliteetselt ehk parimal viisil, kuidas suudeti, ja ajaliselt nii, nagu kokku lepitud.

Abstract [en]

My final thesis title is Geodedic Servicing of Rannamõisa Water and Sewerage Pipeline Works. The final thesis gives an overview of how different problems which emerged in the course of servicing the construction of Rannamõisa water and sewerage pipeline were solved. Establishing the levelling route to ensure correct elevation points on the construction site was probably a right decision in the case of the specific site. Despite weather conditions which were against establishing the route, the result was good. Based on the initial data it would have definitely been possible to provide correct elevation points on the site with the help of one closed route but remaning true to the previously-made decision we established two closed routes. Points which were marked in the course of the construction process were thorough and no additional activities were required. Like the builder requested, it was finalised on the location. With the same precision the points could have been marked with GPS equipment but to be on the safe side, the work was carried out with a tachometer. The survey records finalised by the end of each surveying day were drawn up in a correct and timely manner. Collecting information for operational drawings and surveying wells took relatively less time than finalising the drwaing in the office but the final result was impressive as the construction was completed in just four and a half months by using a comparatively small amount of work force and heavy machinery. When the surveying company had been awarded the contract, the builder asked whether they still managed to service the construction because the company was relatively young with only four workers. It was assured that they would definitely manage. Because of surveyors nobody had to wait during the whole construction process. Everything was carried out with a precision and good quality, that is in the best manner possible and within the agreed time period.
