Abstract

Käesolevas lõputöös projekteeriti puitkonstruktsioonist laululava Aespa alevikku. Laululava sobiva arhitektuurse lahendi leidmiseks koostati 3D-mudelid. Koostatud mudelid olid vaadeldavad läbi veebilehitseja, mille seast valisid Aespa aleviku elanikud välja lõpliku arhitektuurse lahenduse. Lõputöös teostati arvutused konstruktsioonielementide ristlõigete leidmiseks. Dimensioonimisele kuulus katuse laudis, abikaared ja peakaar. Raudbetoonist tarindite ja sõlmede dimensioonimist ei ole lõputöös käsitletud. Laululava peakaar valiti ristlõikega 240×1400 mm ja tugevusklassiga GL32h. Laululava abikaarte ristlõikeks valiti 240×440 mm ja tugevusklassiga GL32h. Katuse laudiseks valiti kolmes kihis saematerjal ristlõikega 95×20 mm ja tugevusklassiga C24. Lisaks konstruktsiooni arvutamisele on antud töös välja pakutud ka võimalikud sõlmlahendused. Sõlmede väljatöötamisel on lähtutud printsiibist, et puitkonstruktsioonid oleksid kaitstud ilmastikutingimuste eest. Lõputöös on antud juhised laululava hoolduseks, mille järgimine peaks tagama konstruktsiooni kestvuse projekteeritud kasutusea jooksul.

Abstract [en]

The goal of this thesis was designing the timber structures of the bandshell planned in Aespa. Aespa town is located about 30 km from Tallinn, in Kohila rural municipality, Rapla County. The bandshell designed at the request of MTÜ Aespa Kodu and is part of the planned complex of the village centre. The needs of the residents of Aespa have been taken into account developing the architectural solution of the bandshell. The load-bearing super structures of the bandshell are designed of timber and with this, the author of the thesis stresses the varied opportunities of using timber. The author also wishes to show that timber structures which have well-planned joints and proper protection from the climate are last for a long time. The thesis consist of developing the architectural solution, determining the loads on the structure and determening the cross-sections of the roof boards, main and supporting arcs. The thesis does not handle the dimensioning of the elements and joints of reinforced concrete. The main arc of the bandshell was selected with the cross-section 240×1400 mm and strength class GL32h. The cross-section of the supporting arcs of the bandshell eas selected to be 240×440 mm and with strength class GL32h. The boards of the roof are sawn timber in three layers with the cross-section 95×20 mm and strength class C24. In addition to calculating the bearing structures this this paper also presents potential joint solutions. Designing the joints is based on the principle of protecting the timber structures from weather conditions. The thesis proovides instructions for maintaining the bandshell, which should ensure the durability of the structures during the designed working life.
