Abstract

Lõputöös on lahendatud Kiia-Vääna-Viti maantee 2,198 kilomeetril olemasoleva raudbetoon silla lammutamine ning ehitamine monteeritavaks terastoru sillaks. Vahioja olemasolev sild on juba 43 aastat vana ning ajast, ehituskvaliteedist ja koormuste suurenemisest on tingitud silla halb seisukord. Majanduslikult on üldjuhul väikeste sildade remontimine kallim, seega on parim lahendus just uue silla ehitamine. Projektis esitatud lahendus näeb ette vana silla lammutamise ja asendamise monteeritava terastorutruubiga. Silla prognoositav eluiga on 50–60 aastat. Silla korrapärasel hooldamisel võib eluiga olla veelgi pikem. Hoolduskulud terastoru truupsillal on madalad. Raudbetoonsilla väljavahetamine terastoru truubi vastu säilitab ka piisava suurusega truubiava, et vältida probleeme suurvee korral. Lisaks kõigele on määrav ka lühike ehitustööde teostamise aeg. Lõputöö sisaldab vooluhulga arvutust, mahutabeleid, truubi valikut, jooniseid, katendi arvutust ja ehitamisel ettenähtud norme ja nõudeid. Antud lõputööst võib kasu olla Maanteeametile truubi ümberehitustööde planeerimisel ja riigihanke korraldamisel. Samuti lihtsustab antud lõputöö tulevikus projekteerija projektdokumentatsiooni koostamist.

Abstract [en]

The topic of the thesis is the reconstruction of reinforced concrete bridge into an assembeld pipe arch located on the road of Kiia-Vääna-Viti. The current Vahioja bridge is already 43 years old and because of that the quality of construction and increase of the load it is in bad condition. Financially repairing of small bridges is more expensive, so it is the best solution to build new bridge. In the project presented solution provides demolishing old bridge and replacing it with an assembeld pipe. The lifetime of the new bridge would be 50 to 60 years. With regular maintenance lifetime of the bridge can be even longer. Maintenance costs of an assembled pipe arch are low. Reinforced concrete bridge replacement to an assembled pipe arch would also preserve sufficient bridge span, which is needed in order to avoid problems during the flood season. It is also important that construction work time is short. The thesis includes the calculation of the flow, volume tables, selection of the pipe, drawings, pavement calculation, also norms and requirements what are prescribed in construction. The thesis would be helpful in the future to Estonian Road Administration in planning the reconstruction works of the culvert. Also for the designer in compiling the design documentation.
