Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärk oli välja töötada käänmiku valmistamise tehnoloogia ettevõtte hangitud freespingis Okuma Genos M560V-R, millele on lisatud pöördlaud. Tehnoloogia koostamisel valiti töötlemiseks sobilikud instrumendid, töötlemise režiimid ning valmistades korraga kümnest detailist koosnevaid seeriaid, arvutati ühe detaili valmistamiseks kuluvaks ajaks koos abiaegadega 1 tund 28 minutit ning sellest lähtuvalt toote omahind. Edaspidiseks toodete omahinna täpsemaks arvestamiseks ja kulutuste planeerimiseks on otstarbekas jälgida tööriistade eluiga ning koostada sellekohane statistika. Toote valmistamiseks projekteeriti spetsiaalsed rakised ning määrati töötlemisjärjekord, mis võimaldavad vaatamata detaili keerukale kujule seda töödelda küllaltki tootlike lõikerežiimidega ilma detaili pinnakvaliteeti rikkumata. Tehnoloogiat rakendades on toote tarneajad paremini planeeritavad ning ei sõltu teistest ettevõtetest. Toodangu tarnekindlus sõltub vähematest teguritest ning on võimalik tagada väiksema hulga laos seisvate detailidega. Lõputööd koostades kinnistas autor kõrgkoolis omandatud teadmisi mehaanilise töötlemise valdkonnas ning vastavalt juhendajate soovitustele hankis töö teostamiseks uusi teadmisi, mida edaspidises töös rakendada.

Abstract [en]

This thesis is based on Wisefab OÜ, a small company founded in 2011 which is specialized in designing and manufacturing racecar suspension setups, mainly for drifting. Nearly 100% of its production is exported. As need for milling work has grown in time, company decided to invest in a vertical CNC milling machine. The objective of this project is to develop a production technology and to design jigs to machine steering knuckles for Toyota GT86 which at the moment are ordered from subcontractors. At first sight these steering knuckles are quite complicated parts to machine as they have very few surfaces suitable for clamping and thin protruding sections that could tend to chatter when cutting forces are applied. They are machined from EN-AW 7075 billet sized 345 x 185 x 90 mm. Authors solution to ensure quality is based on choosing a machining sequence that would minimize vibration threats. The development of a 15,5 kg billet to a 1,8 kg weighing steering knuckle is described step-by-step in chapter three. The jigs for machining the parts are constructed to ensure rigid fixing for both, left and right steering knuckles and to offer as much clearance as possible for tools. The selection of fixing elements based on necessary clamping force calculations in chapter four. The economical part in chapter five gives an overview of the manufacturing costs and net cost of the knuckles.
