Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö raames sai projekteeritud uus toode Euroopa turule – õhkpatjadel treiler. Toodet kasutatakse drifti-, ringraja-, hobi- ja sportautode transportimiseks. Treiler raam on valmistatud toru profiilist 100x80x3 mm ja sillaosades on kasutatud lehtmaterjali 6mm-8mm. Treileri laadimiskõrgus on 100 mm ja transpordi asendis maksimaalne kõrgus on 311 mm maapinnast. Treileri täismass on 3500 kg ja maksimaalne kandevõime 2520 kg. Treileri tõstmine ja langetamine toimub õhusüsteemiga. Kasutatakse raskeveoki sillatõste patju Contitech FD 200-25 CI ja kahekompressori süsteemi VIAIR Dual Pewter 480 C. Treileri teostatud tugevusarvutused, milleks on : • Peatalade tugevusarvutus paindele. • Esitala arvutus tõmbele. • Tõstepatjade arvutus tõstevõimele • Õõtshoova plaatide arvutus • Võlli arvutus paindele ja väändele • Tagapuki plaatide arvutus Detailidele on määratud valmistamise tehnoloogia, koostude koostamine ja arvutatud materjali kulu. Majanduslikus osas on välja arvutatud treileri tootmisega kaasnevad kulutused ostutoodetele, kinnitusvahenditel ja muudele tellitud töödele. Majandusosa lõpus on arvutatud omahind ja tasuvuskogus. Lõputöö tehnoloogiline osa nõuab, et projekteeritud toode vastaks lõputöö alguses püstitatud nõuetele. Projekteeritud treiler vastab antud nõuetele : laadimis ala laius 1960 mm, pikkus 5230 mm ja täismass 3500 kg. Treiler suudab laskuda maad , laadimisala kõrgus maapinnast on 100 mm ,et oleks võimalik madalaid autosi peale laadida ilma ,et peaks keredetaile eemaldama. Konkurendiga sarnaselt kasutatakse kahekompressori süsteemi ,et treileri tõstmine toimuks kiiremini. Projekteeritud treiler kaalub konkurendi treilerist 64kg vähem kuid kandevõime on 525kg suurem. Lõputöö majandusliku osa eesmärgiks oli projekteerida toode mis oleks konkurendi omast odavam. Konkurendi toote hind on 1102 € pluss transpordi kulud ja projekteeritud toote müügihinnaks kujunes 7420,18 €. Kuna lõputöö tulemused vastavad nõuetele, loetakse lõputöö eesmärk saavutatuks täies mahus.

Abstract [en]

In this current diploma work a new product called Airbagged trailer was designed for the European market. This product is used for transporting drift-, race-, hobby- and sports cars. Trailer frame is made of tube profile 100x80x3 mm and the control arm parts are made of sheet metal 6mm-8mm. The trailer loading height is 103 mm and the transporting position, is 311 mm above the ground. Trailer gross weight is 3,500 kg and the maximum payload is 2,520 kg. Air system is used for lowering and lifting the trailer. Heavy duty truck airbags Contitech FD 200-25 CI and dual compressor system VIAIR Dual Pewter 480 C are used. Several engineering calculations were made for product design. • Bending stress calculations for main beams • Tensile stress calculation for front beam • Airbag calculation for lifting ability • Control arm plate calculations • Shaft bending stress calculation • Tailstock plate calculation Manufacturing technology has been assigned to every detail and assembly and material cost is calculated. In the economical part of the diploma work, expenses related to manufacturing the product were calculated. In the end of economical part, production, selling price and payback period were calculated. The technological component requires that the product design has to meet the requirements set out at the beginning of the diploma work. Designed trailer meets the requirements: loading area width 1960 mm, length 5230 mm and gross weight of 3500 kg. Trailer is able to lower to the ground, loading height is 103 mm which allows to load low cars without removing body details. Similarly to the competitor, dual air system is used for lowering and lifting the trailer faster. Designed trailer weighs 64 kg less than competitors trailer and the lifting capacity is 525 kg greater. The economical part requirement was to design a product which would be cheaper than the competitor trailer. Competitors trailer price is 11 000 € plus the cost of transportation. Designed product price is 8114,25 €. As the results of diploma work meet the requirements, the purpose diploma work is considered to be attained in full.
