Abstract

Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli tärklise doseerimisseadme projekteerimine vastavalt kliendi soovidele ja nõudmistele. Objekti mõõdistamise tulemusena selgus, et koti tõstmine seadmele ainult tõstetraaversiga ei olnud võimalik madala ruumi tõttu. Sellega seoses tuli projekteerida spetsiaalne tõsteraam, mis võimaldaks tõsta kotti seadmele kahveltõstukiga vastavalt kliendi nõudmistele. Lisaks tõsteraamile projekteeriti 0,8 m3 mahtuvusega puhverpunker seadme ruumis paiknemise eripärast tingituna ebasümmeetrilise kujuga. Materjali paakumise ärahoidmiseks kinnitub punkrile segaja ja vibromootor ning võimaliku tekkinud võlvi tuvastamiseks pöörlev tasemeandur. Töö käigus teostati tõsteseadmetele tugevusarvutused, mille tulemusena projekteeriti seadmed igapäevaseks töötamiseks piisava tugevusvaruga. Tärklise doseerimiseks projekteeriti dosaatorkruvi vastavalt kliendi etteantud maksimaalsele tootlikkusele 200 kg/h. Vastava tootlikkuse tagamiseks arvutati välja kruvi pöörlemissagedus ning vajaminev võimsus ning nendele andmetele tuginedes valiti sobilik reduktormootor dosaatorkruvi käitamiseks. Majanduslikus osas arvutati välja seadme omahind, mille tulemusena kulub seadme projekteerimiseks ja tarneks 6383 eurot. Töö esitamise ajaks on seade olnud töös veidi üle poole aasta ning selle aja jooksul on see toiminud ilma suuremate tõrgeteta. Küll aga on klient avaldanud soovi dosaatorkruvile teenindusluukide paigaldamiseks, kuna pikemate pelletitootmise seisakute korral on olnud probleeme liigse niiskuse tekkimisega seisvas dosaatorkruvis. Arvestades, et seadme parendamise juures on oluliseks sisendiks tagasiside kliendilt, kes seadmega igapäevaselt töötab, võib öelda, et nii mõnigi tootearenduse idee tekib katsetamise käigus.

Abstract [en]

The topic of this thesis is the designing of a starch dosing device. The initial task was defined by the company Stora Enso Eesti AS who organised a procurement for design and delivery of such a device for Näpi Sawmill. The device was designed and manufactured in the company Apeco Group OÜ – the winner of the procurement. The technical requirements underlying the design of the device were provided by the client. Important prerequisites for the design were an existing pellet press and a production building housing the press, where was the designed device also placed. On-site measurements indicated that bag lifting with a lifting crossbeam alone was impossible due to the room’s low free height. Therefore, a special lifting rack had to be designed, which enables to lift a bag onto the device, using a forklift per the client’s requirements. In addition to the lifting rack, a 0.8 m3 buffer bunker was designed with an irregular shape due to its location in the room. To prevent caking of the material, a mixer and a motorised vibrator was attached to the bunker, as well as a rotating level sensor to detect possible arches forming. In the course of the works, durability calculations for the lifting equipment were performed, resulting in sufficient durability reserves for the equipment in daily operation. The starch dosing screw was designed according to the maximum productivity of 200 kg/h as prescribed by the client. To ensure the prescribed productivity, the screw’s rotation frequency and required motor power were calculated and a suitable motor with reduction gear was chosen to drive the dosing screw according to those parameters. On the economic side, the device’s cost price was calculated, resulting in the quote of EUR 6,383 for design and delivery of the device. By the time of presenting this thesis, the device has been in operation for little more than six months and has functioned without any major faults. However, the client has expressed a wish to have service hatches installed to the dosing screw as there have been problems with excessive moisture forming in the dosing screw during longer standstills of pellet production. Considering that an important input for improvement of any device is feedback from a client operating it on a daily basis, it can be said that quite a few production development ideas are born in the course of using the device.
