Abstract

Käesoleva töö käigus projekteeriti allhanke korras kaubaaluste sorteerimise- ja töötlemise liini sõlm. Projekteerimine, koostamine ja testimine toimus ettevõttes AS Baltflex. Sõlme töö eesmärk oli kliendi poolt etteantud erinevate gabariitmõõtudega töödeldud laudade automaatne virnastamine ning virnastatud paki järgmise sõlmeni edasi transportimine. Sõlm koosneb kolmest omavahel sõltuvast seadmest: kettkonveierist, käärtõstukist ja kihtide toest. Sõlmele püstitatud eesmärke ning turul olevate sarnaste toodete analüüsi kirjeldati esimeses peatükis. Loetletud seadmete projekteerimisel ja komponentide valimisel tuli teha vajalikud arvutused, mis on välja toodud teises peatükis. Seal kirjeldatakse veel ka seadme tööpõhimõtet. Lõputöö majanduslikus ehk kolmandas osas arvutati välja virnastaja projekteerimiseks, koostamiseks, programmeerimiseks ning komponentide ostmiseks kulunud hinnad. Arvestades kogu liini valmistamiseks määratud summat, on antud sõlme maksimaalseks piirhinnaks 15 000 eurot. Neljandas peatükis kirjeldatakse lühidalt seadmele määratud ohutusnõudeid ja kasutusjuhendit. Projekteeritud virnastaja hind jääb seega alla piirhinna ning rahuldab kliendi nõudmisi, seega loetakse lõputöö eesmärk täies mahus saavutatuks.

Abstract [en]

An automatic board stacker is constructed in current diploma work. Board stacker belongs to automatic line which main tasks are beveling and sorting boards which will be used to produce euro pallets. Board stacker is constructed and designed in a company called Baltflex OÜ. The company operates in the field of hydraulics: sales, service, design and construction of the corresponding systems. 40 employees work in the 4 branches of the company. Annual turnover was 4,9 million euros in 2013. Designed machine is divided into three different units which are combined to cooperate together. These are chain conveyor, scissor lift and layer support. The entire machine is designed to meet all customer´s requirements. Current thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter company and set goals are described as well as analysis of the market for similar products. The second chapter and in its subchapters the designed problems are solved, such as choosing right components and construction for the board stacker and working principle of the machine is described. The third part of the thesis is economic part, the cost of the designing, assembling, programming of the machine is found as well as costs of the components. Fourth and the final chapter safety and operating instructions are described. To conclude, all of the present project `s goals where successfully achieved. An automatic board stacker machine has been designed. The price of the stacker is below set price and is competitive compared to the other manufacturers.
