Abstract

Ettevõtte peamisteks tegevusvaldkondadeks on elektrimaterjalide ja survevalumeetodil plasttoodete valmistamine ning elektroonikaseadmete ja kaabliköidikute koostamine. Tulenevalt ettevõtte suurest plastmaterjalide kasutamisest ja tootmisest, tekkis vajadus ettevõttesisese registri järele, mis hõlmaks plastide olulisemaid tehnilisi andmeid ja mida oleks võimalik siduda olemasoleva TP-ga. Käesoleva lõputöö alguses püstitatud eesmärk, milleks oli luua ettevõttele MPN tootmises kasutatavate plastide tehniliste andmete register, mis võimaldaks töötajatel kiiresti tootmise käigus plastmaterjalidega seotud vajalikke tehnilisi andmeid TP-st leida, sai täidetud. Autor hindab, et tehtud töö hõlmab ~ 90% ettevõttes kasutatavatest plastmaterjalidest. Autor jagas lõputöö osadeks, milleks olid käsitletava ettevõtte põhjalik tutvustus, tehniliste andmete registri loomise järk-järguline kirjeldus, polümeermaterjalide üldtutvustust ja erinevate plastmaterjali rühmade tehniliste omaduste kirjeldused koos tootekirjeldustega. Lisadesse pani autor ettevõtte struktuuri illustreeriva joonise, valminud registri failipõhja, näidised ja tootejoonised. Töö käigus kirjeldas autor põhjalikult ettevõtet, mille jaoks register vajalik oli. Lähemalt kirjeldas autor MPN peamisi tegevusvaldkondi ja klientuuri, samuti ka ettevõtte tööstruktuuri, kasutatavaid kvaliteedistandardeid, TP-d millega koos register funktsioneerima hakkab ja tootmisest tsehhide kaupa. Järgnevalt kirjeldas autor tehniliste andmete registrifaili loomise töö käiku, alustades ettevõttelt saadud plastmaterjalide nimekirja analüüsiga ja lõpetades valmis registrifailiga. Autor jagas ettevõtte töös kasutatavad ligikaudu 125 toormaterjali kaheksasse suuremasse plastirühma, nagu PA, PE, PC, PP, PS, ABS, ABS/PC ja PUR, selleks, et materjalide seas oleks lihtsam orienteeruda. Autor pani kokku registrifaili põhja, mis sisaldab materjali nimetust ja lühendit ning olulisemaid füüsikalisi, mehaanilisi, termilisi, tehnoloogilisi, elektrilisi, optilisi ja ökoloogilisi omadusi, lisaks ka peamisi ohutusnõudeid ning toetava informatsioonina tüüpilisemaid materjali kasutuskohti. Järgmiseks koostas autor, toetudes töös kirjeldatud polümeermaterjalide üldtutvustusele, üldise polümeermaterjalide andmeid sisaldava registrifaili. Seejärel koostas autor kaheksa suurema plastirühma registrifailid. Kuna enamus tootmises kasutatavatest materjalidest oli võimalik jagada kaheksasse suuremasse gruppi, siis sellest tulevalt sai töö käigus kaetud suurem osa ettevõtte töös kasutatavatest materjalidest. Kuna koostatud registrifaili põhi ning lõputöö käigus koostatud failid antakse ettevõtte igapäevasesse kasutusse, saavad nad soovi korral alarühmadesse jaotatud plastmaterjalide andmete sisestamisega ning ka kajastamata jäänud üksikute spetsiifilisemate materjalide andmete sisestamisega igal ajal jätkata.

Abstract [en]

„Database of Plastic Materials Technical Properties Used in Production of the Company M & P Nurst AS“ is nessecery according to company’s large use and production of plastic materials, there emerged a need to create a database, which includes the most important technical properties of plastics and at the same time could be linked with an excisting production program. Main operation areas of the company MPN are production of electrical materials, injection moulding of plastic products, compiling electronic equipment and cable ties. The aim of thesis, which was to create a database of plastic materials technical properties, that are use in the production of MPN and what would allow employees quickly find nessecery technical data from production program, was fulfilled. The author estimates, that during the thesis was completed ~ 90% of the database. Author devided thesis into parts, which were company’s exhaustive presentation, gradual description of creating technical properties database, description of polymer materials and general introducion of technical properties of various plastic material groups together with product description. In addition author put an illustrative drawing of business structure, samples of completed database files and product drawings. During the work, author described thoroughly a company, for which the database was created. Also described accurately main areas of business and main customers of MPN, also working structure, quality standards that company uses, production program with which the database will start to function and about the production in workshops. Next author described a workflow of creating database file, starting with the analysis of the list of plastic materials provided from company and ending with final database file. Autor devided approximately 125 raw materials that are used in company’s work, into eight large groups of plastics, such as PA, PE, PC, PP, PS, ABS, ABS/PC and PUR so that it would be easier to navigate among materials. Author compiled filebase for the database, which contains the name and abbreviation, most important physical, mechanical, thermal, technological, electrical, optical and ecological properties, also the basic safety requirements and typical material uses as a supporting information. Author compailed general database file of polymeric materials, based on the general presentation of polymeric materials that is described in thesis. Then the author compailed database files for eight major groups of plastics. Since the majority of raw materials could be divided into those eight major categories, according to this, major part of used materials in company’s work got covered. As the drafted database file bottom and the files created during the thesis are given to the company’s daily use, they can, if they want and need to, continue entering plastic materials data that are devided into subgroups and also the individual specific materials remained unrecognized, at any time.
