Abstract

Käesolev lõputöö käsitles Põldma Kaubanduse AS ettevõttesiseseid Läti suunaliste jaotusvedude süsteemi parandust. Kirjeldades Läti suunaliste vedude hetkeolukorda on oluline märkida, et antul suunal ostetakse transporditeenust sisse. Toetudes 2014. aasta andmetele on transporditeenuse kulu kokku 42520,20 eurot ja aastane veetav kaubamaht ligikaudu 137360 kg. Sellisel Läti jaotusvedude korraldusel on probleeme, mis tulenevad sellest, et ettevõttel puudub ülevaade Läti jaotussüsteemi efektiivsusest. Esimene probleem seisneb peamiselt logistikakulude struktuuri ja analüüsi puudumises. Teine probleem tugineb saadetise jälgimise süsteemi kitsaskohtadel, mis mõjutab kaupade tarnekindlust. Üheks võimaluseks muuta praegune süsteem kaupade turvalisuse näol efektiivsemaks on teostada Läti jaotusvedusid ettevõtte Põldma Kaubanduse AS oma veovahenditega. Transpordi omahinna tulemused on käesolevas lõputöös võrdluse eesmärgil leitud 2014.aasta algandmete järgi. Teostades ise jaotusvedusid on transpordikulud kokku Renault Master’i kasutamisel 37730,24 eurot ja Iveco Daily kasutamisel 41734,15 eurot. Transpordikulud oleksid oluliselt väiksemad, kui Läti veoringil tõsta kaubiku kandejõu kasutegurit läbi kaubamahtude ühtlustamise. Jaotusladu Lätis võimaldaks kaubamahte ühtlustada ja alandaks ühtlasi transpordikulusid tarnete puhul, mis tulevad otse tarnija juurest, sest Läti jaotusladu on tarnija mastaabis lähemal, seetõttu väheneks neil tarnetel kilometraaž. Laopinna suuruseks on esialgu planeeritud 350 m², kuid laopinna üürimine annab võimaluse kaubamahtude suurenemisel kolida ümber suuremasse lattu. Ühekordne investeering laokuludele on 24272,96 eurot ja igakuised kulud on 44624,04 eurot. Lisaks jaekaupade hoiustamise funktsioonile omaks Läti jaotusladu ka hulgikaupade hoiustamise funktsiooni. Omades igas kaubaveo etapis ettevõtte oma üksusi on võimalik viia läbi saadetise jälgimise süsteemi arendus ettevõttes kasutuses olevas programmis. Kasutuses oleva programmi arendamisel on mitu eelist peamiselt kasutusoskuse ja juba olemasoleva informatsiooni poolest. Arenduse eesmärgiks on saatelehele kanda kõik vahepealsed etapid kauba liikumisel. Ettevõtte investeering programmi arendamisel on ligikaudu 6240,00 eurot. Uue jaotusmudeli rakendamisel on logistikakulud kokku esimesel aastal 137267,24 eurot koos ühekordsete investeeringutega. Jaotusmudeli arendamisel on investeering suur, kuid seeläbi muutuks jaotusmudel läbipaistvamaks, turvalisemaks ning paraneks infovoogude liikumine.

Abstract [en]

In current thesis, the author analyzes the development possibilities of the Põldma Kaubanduse Ltd Latvian directional distribution model and also structures logistics costs and problems. Structuring the cost of logistics and the problems brings out the current weaknesses of the Latvian round trip system and reflects the components in need for development. The collection of data and processing it to a suitable shape gives the opportunity to more easily asses the whole system and track the changes in the future. The company has a total of 15 retail stores in Latvia, Riga. Describing the current situation in the Latvian round trip, it is important to note that the outsourcing is purchased in. Based on the 2014 data, the total cost of outsourcing was 42520,20 euros and the annual volume of shipment was around 137360 kg. Latvian distribution carriage has many problems arising from the fact that the company has no overview of the efficiency of its distribution system. The first problem lies mainly in the cost of logistics structure and the lack of analysis. Another problem is based on the weaknesses of the shipment tracking system that affects the reliability. Insufficient opportunity to track the routing of goods is mainly due to lack of information. One way to make the current system more efficient in terms of safety of goods is to carry out Latvian distribution carriage with Põldma Kaubanduse Ltd own means of transport. Exercising self-distribution carriage would cost 37730,24 euros for the usage of Renault Master and 41734,15 euros for the Iveco Daily. Increasing the efficiencies of the payload through harmonization of volume of goods in Latvian round trip, would result in significantly lower transport costs. Distribution warehouse in Latvia would enable to harmonize volume of goods and also lower transportation costs of direct shipping of supplies that come directly from the supplier, because Latvian distribution warehouse would be closer to the supplier, thus reducing mileage. Planned storage space has initial size of 350 m² and renting a warehouse space provides an opportunity to move into a larger warehouse if volume of goods increases. One-time investment in warehouse costs would be 24272,96 euros and the monthly cost would be 44624,04 euros. Latvian distribution warehouse would include in addition to storage function, a wholesale goods distribution feature. By having companies own divisions in each stage of carriage would able to carry out a shipment tracking system improvements in existing program. The aim of the distribution model improvement is to mark all stages of the movement of goods on the waybill. The company’s investment to improve the program would be 6240,00 euros. Implementation of logistics costs in the new distribution model would cost in total of 137267,24 euros with one-time investment. To provide the security of goods and to reduce thefts, the author is convinced that it is absolutely necessary to invest in the development of Latvian distribution model.
