Abstract

Diplomitöös, nimega „Kanalisatsiooni- ja veetorustike paigaldamisjuhis firma Aquagroup OÜ näitel“ käsitletakse nõuetekohast vee ja kanalisatsioonitorustiku paigaldamist. Töö annab ülevaate kõigist torustiku rajamise etappidest alustades torustiku nõuetekohasest ladustamisest ehitusplatsil kuni lõpliku taastamiseni olenevalt kaevetööde asukohast. Lõputöös on tuginetud eelkõige teosele „RIL 77 – 1990 Maa sisse ja vette paigaldatavad plasttorud. Paigaldusjuhend.“ Antud teoses on välja toodud torude valmistamiseks kasutatavate termoplastide omadused ja kanalisatsiooni- ja survetorude liigid. Meeles tuleb pidada, et ka torustike ladustamisel ja transportimisel on omad spetsiifilised nõuded. Ladustamisel ja transportimisel nõuetele mittevastavalt võidakse tekitada torudele defekte ning viga saanud torustikud ei vasta enam standardile ning need tuleb asendada. Lähtuda tuleb tootjapoolsetest nõuetest. Töös on kokkuvõtvalt kirjeldatud surve- ja isevoolsete torustike juurde kuuluvaid elemente ehk toruarmatuuri ja liitmikke ning nende paigaldamisel esitatavaid nõudeid. Käesoleva juhise abil peaksid firma Aquagroup OÜ töölised oskama teostada põkk-keevitamist ja muhvkeevitamist. Kirjeldatud on ka detailselt kanalisatsioonikaevudele esitatud nõudeid, mille abiga peaksid firma töölised suutma välja selekteerida ehitusplatsile toodud kaevudest nõuetele mittevastavad. Paigaldatavad vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustikud ekspluatatsioonis deformeeruvad. Deformatsioone on paigaldatavatel plasttorudel kahte liiki. Vastavalt toruklassidele on lõputöös välja toodud maksimaalsed aktsepteeritavad deformatsioonide piirmäärad, millest ehitajad peavad kinni pidama. Ehitustehnilistes töödes on etapiliselt välja toodud torustike rajamisel tehtavad tööd, mille teostamisel järgitakse RIL 77 nõudeid. Need nõuded on üle võetud soomlastelt. Välja on toodud nõuded torustiku aluse rajamisele, tagasitäite tegemisele ja tagasitäitel kasutatavatele materjalidele. Alternatiivina traditsioonilisele torustiku rajamise viisile lahtise kaevikuna on kirjeldatud ja lahti seletatud kinnise meetodi ehk suundpuurimise tööpõhimõtted. Torustike rajamisel saab töövõtja vastavalt tasuvusele ja vajadusele otsustada, kumba rajamismeetodit eelistada. Ehituseelse olukorra taastamise nõuetel on lähtutud Majandus- ja kommunikatsiooniministri määrustest ning vastavatest nõuetest tuleb kinni pidada. Lõputöös on kirjeldatud isevoolsetele torudele tehtavat kaameravaatlust ja survetorudele teostatavat torustike survestamiskatset. Pööratud on tähelepanu ehitusjärelevalvele huvi pakkuvatele ja tema poolt jälgitavatele aspektidele. Seda kõike selleks, et firma töölised teeksid korralikult ja hoolsalt oma tööd. Kesksel kohal lõputöös on tööohutus ja keskkonnakaitse. Töid teostades peab olema veendunud, et ei seata ohtu nii enda kui ka teiste tervist ning ümbritsevat keskkonda. Töid tuleb teostada vastavalt ehitusprojektis esitatud nõuetele, lähtudes heast ehitustavast. Iga endast lugupidav Aquagroup OÜ torumees viib end kurssi torustiku nõuetekohase paigaldamisega.

Abstract [en]

This thesis „Instruction for the Installation of Water Supply and Sewerage Pipelines as Exemplified by the Aquagroup OÜ Company“ provides an overview of the installation of water supply and sewerage pipelines and valves in compliance with requirements and regulations on the basis of good engineering practice. The paper describes different stages of pipeline construction, from the proper storage of piping on the construction site to complete restoration depending on the location of excavation works. The following thesis reviews the water supply, storm water drainage and sewerage pipes as well as drainage well currently in use; proper connection and installation of pipes; making trenches and backfills; and inspection and testing of pipelines after installation. Another topic reviewed is pipe deformations: the conditions in which they occur and their maximum permissible limit values. Attention is paid to the aspects that would be of interest to providers of construction supervision and that would be supervised by the latter. All of the above is necessary for company employees to perform their work properly and carefully. The types of pipelines regarded in the paper are PE (polyethylene) water pipes, corrugated PP (polyprophylene) storm water drains and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sewerage pipes because it is the above piper categories that are the most widely used. Diploma thesis describes the alternative technology of a classical pipeline construction: directional drilling i.e. horizontal drilling. Still, as a rule, the open trench method is used for the construction of sewerage pipelines as well as the construction of sewerage and water supply pipelines in one trench. For the construction of water supply pipelines only, the closed method i.e. directional drilling is often preferred as it is more economically rational. Pipeline construction by means of directional drilling is also performed in difficult excavation conditions (passing through rivers) and in locations for which an excavation permit will not be issued (major intersections in cities and crossings of arterial highways). The thesis is mainly based on “RIL 77 – 1990. Plastic pipes laid in the ground or water. Installation instructions” as the above work is essentially the only set of requirements and standards used for water supply and sewerage pipeline construction in the Republic of Estonia. In addition, the author of the thesis uses his long-term experience in pipeline construction and the relevant supplementary works. Restoration to the pre-construction condition is based on the regulations titled “Technological Requirements for Road Maintenance Works” and “Quality Requirements for Roads and Road Works” issued by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications. The thesis also provides a brief overview of occupational safety and environmental protection as construction is linked to occupation safety and environmental protection but this is often neglected in the process of chasing performance numbers. In the course of performing works it must be made sure that the health of the worker and other persons as well as the surrounding environment will not be damaged. The thesis aims to produce an instruction for the installation of water supply and sewerage pipelines which would be used by the employees of the Aquagroup OÜ company to install water supply and sewerage pipelines in compliance with requirements and regulations. The instruction is expected to be of use in solving the issues that emerge during work processes and facilitate the performance of works by workers with little experience or beginners.
