Abstract

KOKKUVÕTE Varikatus on mõeldud üheaeglselt paigaldamiseks kõikidele rõdudele, et sälitada konkreetse paneelmaja terviklik välimus. Tänapäevases linnapildis on märgata veel palju erinevaid robustseid varikatuseid, mida peaks kontrollima ning välja vahetama nende ohtlikkuse tõttu. Varikatus on vajalik kaitsmaks ehitiste aknaid ja uksi erinevate ilmastikutingimuste eest ning samas annab see väärtust juurde lisapinnale, kus vabal ajal viibida. Lõputöös on varikatuse projekteerimisel analüüsitud mitmeid erinevaid materjale. Toote hinna alandamiseks on konstruktsiooni materjaliks valitud alumiiniumprofiili asemel terasprofiil. Kattematerjali valik langes pleksiklaasi kasuks, kuna see sarnaneb kõige enam klaasile, samas on väiksema erikaaluga ning ka mõnevõrra soodsama hinnaga. Lõputöös projekteeritud varikatuse kogumaksumuseks tuli 201,77 eurot, mis sisaldab ainult materjalide hinda. Varikatuse konstruktsioon on projekteeritud 900x3000 millimeetri suurustele mitmekorruseliste korterite rõdudele. Toote uudsus seisneb selles, et seda saab koostada ka suuremate mõõtmetega rõdudele, ehk pikematele rõdudele, muutes profiili A pikkust. Suve hooajal, mil ehitatakse ning renoveeritakse kõige enam, saab profiilidest B, C ja D koostatud kolmnurkasid nõnda-öeldes ette toota ning sellega tellimuste ooteaegasid vähendada. Et saada konkreetsemat ülevaadet varikatuse vajalikkuse kohta, selleks viidi läbi internetipõhine kliendi uuring. Selgelt paistis välja, et inimesi häirib inetute varikatuste vaatepilt, see rikub maja üldilmet ning pole ühtlasi turvaline. Küsitlus kinnitas, et inimeste soov on seda olukorda paremaks muuta. Veelgi enam, 90% vastanutest väitis, et nad mõtleksid varikatuse tellimise peale, kui nad elaksid paneelmaja viimasel korrusel. Materjalide eelistusest tõusis esile karastatud klaas, seda eelistaksid ligi pooled vastajatest. Konkurentide toodete hinnad varieerusid 860 eurost kuni 1080 euroni. Küsitlusest järeldus päris selgesti, et see hind on inimeste jaoks kõrge ja suurem hulk oleks nõus toote eest maksma 500 eurot kuni 800 eurot. Selleks on antud lõputöös välja toodud erinevad materjalid, et ka hinnatundlikum klient saaks valida soodsamate kattematerjalide vahel, milleks on plekk-profiil või valgusplaat. Valgusplaadi ilma käibemaksuta ruutmeetri hind on 12,78 eurot ning plekk-profiilil 14,5, võrreldes pleksiklaasiga on see ligi kolm korda soodsam. Töö autor tänab kõiki küsitluses osalejaid, hinnapäringutele vastanuid ettevõtteid ning praktikat sooritada võimaldanud ettevõtet OÜ Rõduklaasid.

Abstract [en]

SUMMARY A few decades ago many multy-storey houses were built without any kind of sheltering above the balcony areas. Nowadays all types of sheltering can be seen such as plenty of awnings which are built very poorly and unsafe from easily available materials. This means that balconies looks very unequal and the result of citys overal appearance is unattractive. The purpose of this final thesis is to develop the constuction of an awning, which helps to improve the overall look of the buildings in our cities and counties and at the same time will be easy to compose and construct with different materials. In order to get more specific an overview of this problem has been decided to carry out a survey. It was made on the website Google Drive. There it has been asked upon their opinion about this situation where many of these balconies have been built without shelter and are now rebuilt with various materials as an awning. The majority of respondents (77%) said that this condition should be improved because it impares the overall picture of city. Furthermore, 90% of respondents said that they would consider the idea to purchase an awning incase they were to live in multy-storey houses without shelter. As a result of this survey the constuction of multi-story properties was developed in a way which can improve the appearance of the multi-story houses. The metal construction is welded by gas metal arc (MAG) welding. Current metal construction is made of steel sign S355 and its surface is protected by powder coating to prevent breakdown from rust due to weather conditions. For construction coating several materials can be used, such as tempered glass, macrolon, plexiglass, light board or sheet metal. The point of the awning is to let natural light through which is a very important part of the feature. This is the reason why plexiglass was chosen as coating material because it is similar to glass, but also is a bit cheaper and lighter. The full net cost of awning is 201,77 euros, but this includes only materials what are necessary for assembling the technology. It is not taken into account the manpower hours, welding and powder coating outgoings. For getting a more precise review present final thesis includes also 3D-dimentional detail drawings about the wall mounting, metal construction and coating.
