Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö eesmärgiks oli Stockholmi Ülikooli uurimislaevale A-portaali projekteerimine. Stockholmi Ülikooli uurimislaev on ettevõttele Baltic Workboats AS esitatud ja sõlmitud tellimus, millel on kindlad kuupäevalised projekti lõpetamise tähtajad. Projekteerimise käigus tutvuti analoogsete olemasolevate konstruktiivsete ning tehnoloogiliste lahendustega ning analüüsiti nende sobivust Stockholmi Ülikooli uurimislaeva projekti jaoks. Selleks, et A-portaal projekteerida, vaadati üle kogu setteproovide seadeldiste käsitlemistehnoloogia laeval ning kooskõlastati erinevate seadmete kasutamine, mis on vajalikud seadeldiste liigutamiseks ning kiireks, sujuvaks, ohutuks ja tõrgeteta tööks. Lõputöös tutvustati detaili, millele A-portaal projekteeriti, koos näidetega olemasolevatest sarnastest toodetest. Välja toodi ka tõsteseadme valmistamiseks kasutatavate metallitöötluspinkide loetelu ja nende peamine karakteristika. Üldiselt kirjeldati konstruktsioone ja kasutatavaid silindreid ning teostati sinna juurde kuuluvaid arvutusi nagu näiteks arvutused silindrite poolt avaldatavatele jõududele ning tugevusarvutused kinnituskonstruktsioonile. Lõputöö käigus kirjeldati hüdrosilindrite tööd iseloomustavat hüdraulikaskeemi. Lisaks joonestati välja kõik tööks vajaminevad joonised. Majanduslikku poolt alustati materjalide kuluarvutustega, koostati erinevate kuluartiklite koondtabelid ning teostati palgafondide ja teiste kulude eelarvete arvutused selleks, et teada saada projekteeritava toote valmistamiseks kuluv rahaline ressurss ehk toote omahind. Projekti lõpuks valmis kliendi nõuetele ning klassiühingu reeglitele vastav seade, mis on mugavalt ning kiirelt kasutatav ning mille kasutamise juures on tagatud igasugune ohutus. Projekteerimise käigus tehti koostööd tellijaga, et valmiks toode, mis vastab kõikidele tellijapoolsetele soovidele. Projekteeritud tõsteseadeldis valmis konkreetse uurimislaeva jaoks, kuid projekti muutes on võimalik kerge vaevaga saavutada ka teistele, erineva geomeetria ja konstruktsiooniga Baltic Workboats AS-i tooteperekonda kuuluvatele laevadele paigaldatav A-portaal. Kokkuvõttes võib öelda, et lõputöö tulemused vastavad püstitatud probleemidele seega on saavutatud vajalikud eesmärgid.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this thesis is to design an A-frame gantry for Stockholm University research vessel. The research vessel is ordered from Baltic Workboats Shipyard and the end date of the vessel´s project is fixed. Existing constructive and technological solutions have been introduced during the project of the A-frame. Different compatibility solutions for Stockholm University research vessel have also been analyzed. The whole sampling corer handling system was looked through, to design a well functioning lifting device for it. To move sampling corer fast, smooth, safely and without any failures, different apparatus use was coordinated. In the final thesis, the product which the A-frame was designed, has been introduced with already existing samples of similar devices. The listing and main characteristics of metalworking equipment that was used for the project, has been pointed out in the paper. Constructions and hydraulic cylinders were described by calculations, as well as the strength calculations at the weakest point of the construction. The hydraulic scheme which defines the work of the cylinders has also been depicted. Different drawings that are necessary for producing the lifting device of sampling corer have been made and shown in the paper. The economic side of the project starts with the needed material calculations. Then the summary table of expense items was drawn up and the calculations of payroll with other consumption estimate have also been made to get good overview of the financial resource, which is needed for the production. At the end of the project, comfortably and quickly usable lifting device for sampling corers, which conforms to clients requirements and has all possible users safety guarantee was completed. The design was made by taking account of all the Lloyd´s Register of Shipping requirements. During the design process, the company made close cooperation with the client to make the product which conforms to all of the client demands. The designed A-frame was made for a specific research vessel, but making small changes in the project, it is easily mountable and suitable for other types vessels that belong to Baltic Workboats AS product family, if it is needed. For conclusion it can be said that the results to raised problems have been shown, so the necessary goals have been accomplished.
