Abstract

Käesoleva lõputöö raames projekteeriti ettevõttele AS Ahtol uus toode – turba passiivfrees. Turba passiivfrees on traktori haakeseade, mida kasutatakse uue turbakihi lahtikobestamiseks suurest turbamassiivist. Passiivfreesi konstruktsioon koosneb järgnevatest sektsioonidest: töörullide sektsioonid, mida on kolme eri tüüpi: vasak, keskmine ja parem töörullide sektsioon, ääresektsioonid ning keskmine sektsioon. Ühe töörullide sektsiooni moodustavad kaks töörulli: üks paremkeerme ning üks vasakkeerme töörull, mis on paigaldatud ühisele raamile. Töörullide sektsioon kinnitub ääre- ning keskmisele sektsioonile liigendite abil, mis koos tõmbevedrudega võimaldavad töörullide sektsioonil kännujuurika sattumisel töötsooni purunemata üle kännu liikuda. Töörullide pinnasurve muutmiseks on konstruktsiooni lisatud ka reguleeritavad tugijalad, mille abil muudetakse kännukaitsevedrude pingsust. Ääresektsioonid ning keskmine sektsioon moodustavad passiivfreesi põhiraami, mis kinnitub traktori rippmehhanismi. Põhiraam on jaotatud sektsioonideks just seetõttu, et võimaldada passiivfreesil ebatasase maapinna kopeerimist. Maapinna kopeerimise tagamiseks on keskmise ning ääresektsioonide konstruktsiooni lisatud ka tugirattad. Lõputöö käigus anti ülevaade ettevõttest, mille baasil lõputöö teostati, tutvustati lühidalt turbatootmisprotsessi ning selle ajalugu, toodi välja passiivfreesi konkurenttooted ning püstitati tehniline ülesanne. Kirjeldati passiivfreesi konstruktsiooni ning projekteerimist, mille käigus teostati konstruktsiooni tugevusarvutused, kontrollimaks viimase vastupidavust ohtlikes lõigetes. Viidi läbi kännukaitsesüsteemi vedrude ning konstruktsioonis kasutatavate laagrite valik ja anti ülevaade passiivfreesi hooldamis- ning ohutusnõuetest. Lõputöö viimases, majanduslikus osas teostati passiivfreesiga seotud majandusarvutused, kus leiti passiivfreesi oma- ning realiseerimishind. Kokkuvõttes projekteeriti lõputöö käigu turba passiivfrees, tootlikkusega 13 ha/h, töölaiusega 8,8 m, massiga 1,9 t, mis kinnitub traktorile kolmepunktisüsteemi põhimõttel ning mille hinnaks on 8045 €. Kuna lõputöö tulemused vastavad kehtestatud nõudmistele, loetakse lõputöö eesmärk edukalt täidetuks.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of current diploma thesis is to design a passive peat mill. Passive peat mill is a tractors hitch, which is used to mollify a new peat layer from the bog. While designing the passive peat mill, it is important to pay attention on the mills mollifying effect, because the mollyfied peat should be with correct fraction and fluffy. The technical task of current diploma thesis was given by company called AS Ahtol. AS Ahtol is a company, which is producing peat manufacturing machinery and also peat. The excercise was given because, on the market there is need for a new peat mill, which is more productive, durable and easy to work with as there is a lack of qualified workers in the peat industry. According to the technical task the passive peat mill should meet the following requirements: • Working width 8,5-9 m; • Productivity >12 ha; • Mass ≤ 2 t; • Hitching method: three point system; • Price ≤ 10 000 €. According to the previous requirements a new passive mill was constructed. The passive mills construction contains following sections: working roll section, with three different types – left, middle and right, side sections and middle section. One working roll section contains two working rolls – right- and left-hand roll which are assembled on a common frame. Working roll sections are attached to middle and side sections with hinges. Hinges with the help of tension springs protect the construction from stump wood that gets into the passive mills working zone by pulling the working roll section up, so it could roll over the stump wood without breaking. Between the tension springs and frame there are used special adjustable legs, which give the possibility to change the springs tension to change the working roll sections pressure on the ground. The middle and side sections form passive mills main frame, which is attached to the tractor by three point system. The main frame is devided into separate sections to let the construction copy the bumpy peat surface. In the current diploma thesis there is given a short overview of the company, where the construction was worked out, a short discription of peat production and its history, an overview of competitive mills on the market and the exact description of the technical task. Also there is given a description of the passive peat mills construction and an overview of engineering phases. During engineering several strenght calculations were done to ensure that the construction can stand the forces that take effect. The calculations were done to choose the springs and bearings and also after-sales service and safety instructions were given. In the last part of the diploma thesis the economical calculations were done to calculate the passive millʼs net value and sales price. To sum up during the current diploma thesis a passive peat mill with following parameters was designed: • Productivity 13 ha/h; • Working speed 15 km/h; • Working width 8,8 m; • Mass 1,9 t; • Hitching method: three point system; • Price 8045 €. As the results of the diploma thesis met the imposed requirements, the purpose of the diploma thesis is considered to be fulfilled successfully.
