Abstract

Lõputöös on käsitletud mootorrataste ajalugu üldiselt, kitsenedes NSVL mototööstusele ja seda selgitades. Järgnevalt on EV seaduste kohaselt toodud kaherattaliste kategooriad. Mõnele võib üllatuseks tulla, et Vjatka tegelikult kuulub kategooriasse L3e ja selle juhtimiseks on vaja A kategooria juhiluba. Motorolleri põhiline erinevus seisneb võrreldes mootorrattaga selles, et juhi jalad toetuvad põrandale ja põlvepiirkond on vaba. Ehituse poole pealt koosneb motoroller mitmetest erinevatest seadmetest ja mehhanismidest, mis moodustavad ühtse töötava terviku. Algse tervikliku rolleri töötasid välja itaallased, mille nimeks sai Vespa. Järelikult oli tarvilik märkida Vjatka ja Vespa erinevused, sest nende kujuline pool on pealtnäha üks ühele sama. Motorollerit osandades tuleb märkida, et keegi oli seda enne koost lahti võtnud värvimise eesmärgil ja selle tulemusena tulid poldid ja mutrid vaevata lahti, mis tegi osandamise töö hõlpsamaks. Suurim mure detaile defekteerides oli järjest väntmehhanismi erinevate osade kuluvuse mõõtmine ja taastamine. Kõigepealt oli vaja teoorias selgeks teha, kuidas mõõta kolbi, kolvirõngaid, silindrit jt osasid. Kui kolb sai nominaalmõõdus leitud (56,80 mm), kolvile vastava läbimõõduga silinder (56,94 mm) kolvirõngaste lukuvahed kuluvuse piirides (0,3 ± 0,05 mm) ja väntvõll kodusel teel rihitud, sai mootori koostada uute laagrite ja kaelustihenditega ja asuda mootori toitesüsteemis mõngingate muudatuste kallale. Toitesüsteemis asendati originaalkarburaator K55b koos õhupuhastiga Mikuni 22 mm vastu ja õhufiltriks sai kahekihiline õlitatav poroloonfilter töökindluse eesmärgil. Järgnevalt tuli ette võtta motorolleri metallpindade puhastamine. Mootori alumiiniumdetailid sai klaaskuulpritsis ja kere liivapritsis puhastatud. Puhas ja haljas pind oli tarvilik kiiresti katta epokrundiga. Siis vajalik eeltöö kuni lõppviimistluseni. Samal ajal olid kroomitud detailid taastamisel Narvas, kus Igor Broki töökoda need uuesti üle kroomis koos vajaliku eeltööga. Viimaseks sai Vjatka koostatud, alustades uue juhtmestiku tegemisest ja trosside paigaldamisest. Järgmisena mootori asetamine oma kohale koos vedrustusega, siis esihark paigaldada vedru, amortisaatori ja rattaga. Lõpetuseks analüüsida rahalist kulu. Rahaline kulu ongi kogu taastamise juures põhiline probleem. Järgmiseid mootorrattaid restaureerides oleks kasulik rohkem ise ära teha ja mitte nii palju teenuseid sisse osta. Kui plaanida sellega elatist teenima hakata, on mõistlik näiteks ise liivaprits ehitada koos kambriga. Vjatkat ei ole veel otseselt müügiportaalidesse müüki pandud, kuid üks väga tõsine ja potentsiaalne ostjakandidaat olemas. Nimelt Grossi toidukaupade keti omanik Oleg Gross tunneb antud masina vastu huvi ja on nõus enam-vähem selle õiglase hinna eest ära ostma. Lähima paari nädala jooksul tuleb ta seda vaatama ja hinnanumbriks on 3000 EUR kokku lepitud. Kasuminumber on loodetust väiksem, kuid vähemalt on Eestis üks taastatud motoroller juures, mida võib järgmistele põlvedele edasi pärandada.

Abstract [en]

A final thesis is handling the history of motorcycles in general, narrowing to USSR moto industry and explaining it. Next there are listed the categories of two-wheeled vehicles according to Estonian Republic regulations. Some people may be surprised that Vjatka belongs to category L3e and you need an A category driving license to drive it. The main difference between scooter and motorcycle is that driver`s legs lean on the floor and the area around a knee is free. From a constructional side a scooter consists of number of different devices and mechanisms constituting a unified working compound. The original scooter was developed by Italians and it was named Vespa. That is why it was necessary to point out the differences between Vjatka and Vespa, because their shape is seemingly the same. When I started to dismantle a scooter, I found out that somebody had already mounted it apart in purpose of dyeing and therefore the bolts and nuts were easy to untwist, what made my job easier. A biggest problem with defecting the details was measuring a wear degree and restoring different parts of cranking. First of all it was necessary to clear up in theory how to dimension a piston, piston rings, cylinder and other parts. After I found a piston with nominal measures (56,80 mm), a cylinder with diameter responding to piston (56,94 mm), piston rings interim locks in friability limits (0,3 ± 0,05 mm) and crank axle set up in alignment with my own means, it was possible to start composing engine with new bearings and oil seals and start to make some modifications in engine power system. In power system I replaced original carburetor K55b and air filter with Mikuni 22 mm and I used bilayer oiled polyurethane foam filter as air filter for reliability purposes. Next work was cleaning of scooter`s metal surfaces. The aluminum details I cleaned with glass ball squirt and a chassis with sandblaster. Clean and bright surface was necessary to cover quickly with epo primer. After that I made all necessary preprocessing until final refinement. The same time the chromium details were for restoration in Narva, where in Igor Brokk workshop all details were covered with new chromium coat including groundwork. Last task was composing Vjatka, starting from making new wiring and mounting the cables. After that I emplaced a motor with suspension, mounted a fork with spring, absorber and wheel. Finally I made an analysis of the financial cost. The financial expenses are the main problem with entire restoration. When restoring next motorcycles it would be useful to make more work by myself and not to buy so many services. If somebody would plan to start earning its livings with restoration works, it would be reasonable to build your own sandblast with chamber. I have not put advertisement of my Vjatka up in sales portals jet, but I have already a very serious and interested buyer candidate. The owner of Grossi food stores chain Mr. Oleg Gross is interested in my scooter and has agreed to buy it with more or less fair price. During next few weeks he will come to look it over and it is agreed 3000 EUR as a sales price. Profit is less than expected, but there is at least one restored scooter in Estonia to inherit to next generations.
